First of all, I was curious when I saw the package, but the rice polishing ratio was 50% even though it was called Ginjo.
I thought that anything less than 50% would be considered Daiginjo, but I guess this is the case.
Opening the bottle. It has a sweet aroma that is typical of a Ginjo.
When I drank it, I found that it had a much cleaner and gentler taste than I had imagined from the aroma.
Both the aroma and the taste are not too assertive, so it may be a sake for different tastes, but it was delicious.
