First of all, I was curious when I saw the package, but the rice polishing ratio was 50% even though it was called Ginjo. I thought that anything less than 50% would be considered Daiginjo, but I guess this is the case. Opening the bottle. It has a sweet aroma that is typical of a Ginjo. When I drank it, I found that it had a much cleaner and gentler taste than I had imagined from the aroma. Both the aroma and the taste are not too assertive, so it may be a sake for different tastes, but it was delicious.

It is very refreshing to drink and can be drunk easily. However, the taste is rich, so it goes well with food with strong flavor (tempura, simmered dishes, etc.).
