This is the first sake shop I visited in Saitama to buy some Saitama sake I hadn't tasted yet. This liquor store is located in a private house and has no signboard. The first day I opened the bottle, I drank about one gou of the sake because I felt a strange alcohol sensation. On the second day, I drank it while eating various snacks, and I could feel the umami and it was delicious. As I thought, the snacks were very important😌.

When I went to buy it, the brewer of Tensho was just there, so I bought it 🍶. It has a characteristic (in a good way, with a perverse taste) image. This one has a strong umami flavor and a beautiful taste 🌟. I wonder if it is R3BY so it's been laid down 🤔. I would like to continue to follow Tenshuisan😇

Another tasting at Sakacho-san! A wide range of sake from orthodox to peculiar This Junmai Daiginjo is not too fragrant and gorgeous Not too sweet, but with a clean and gentle taste. Daiginjo that can be easily matched with any meal. 🍽️ I'm looking forward to buying other tasting sake next time 😎.

My first first grandchild🥹(painful headache-like discomfort) I went to Sakacho-san, which has been my favorite restaurant recently. I tasted it and bought it 🍶. It's a beautiful gem with a beautiful acidity and sharpness, and it's very useful during meals. It was gone in a few days 😂. I want to try the other Hatsusun lineup too!
