At a store operated by Yamasa Chikuwa, which was featured in one of my favorite movies.
The aroma is the most royal sake!
When you take a sip, the sweetness and umami of the fluffy rice spread out and become clear and tight.
As you continue to drink it, the crispness prevails and it feels dry.
I was very satisfied with this sake because I wanted to try this brand in the same movie.

I found this restaurant during a trip to Toyohashi.
Perhaps it is because it is a hiyaoroshi, but compared to Haneya, it is less showy and has a more subdued taste.
It has a deliciously rounded and mellow rice flavor.
