I was able to get my hands on a bottle of Jyuoshiyo. It's one of the brands that drew me into the swamp of sake, but I was too proud to get my hands on it myself. I had given up on the idea that it was something to be drunk at restaurants. I thought that if I could buy it, I would definitely get it from a genuine liquor store. I am full of gratitude to the liquor store that sold it to me. I don't have to explain the taste. I personally think it's wonderful that Jyushiyo disappears from the mouth so quickly at the end. Of course it tastes good. But besides that, I am obsessed with the magical power that this brand has. Happy~✨!

This is the brand that got me into the world of sake. It's very local, but I haven't drunk it recently because it's too close. I bought it as a return to my roots. It has a refreshing apple-like aroma and a gentle mouthfeel. It's a bit boozy, but very clear and pleasant. It's really good! It made me think that local sake is important.

The second mail order purchase. It is Kudokigami again. It is the same 33% polish as Jr. Aizan, but this one is Dewa Sanzan and raw. Fruity aroma and sweetness. Compared to Aizan, it has a fresher mouthfeel. This is also very delicious. And the price is crazy. I'm so grateful to the sake brewery✨.

I really wanted to buy it, so I bought it by mail order. It has a thick texture on the tongue, the ginjo aroma of highly polished rice, and the silky sweetness and bitterness typical of Aizan. It has a silky sweetness and bitterness typical of Aizan. Banshu Aizan is milled to 33% rice at an unbelievable price of about 2,000 yen! It makes you feel very luxurious.

This is the first time I've been able to get my hands on one of these. WHITE is made with white koji, and I'm not very good at citric acid sourness, but this one has sourness behind the sweetness of the sake, so it's crisp and refreshing, delicious and easy to drink! I want to drink it while enjoying its unique flavor🎵. However, this label is not photogenic and I had a hard time with it 😂.

I had a bottle of the fire-hardened Yamadanishiki last year and was impressed, so I really wanted to get my hands on the NEW BORN. The aroma is melon? or peach? The mouthfeel is fruity sweetness, rice sweetness, wonderfully delicious! The aftertaste is long, but it has a clean finish, perhaps due to the Yamadanishiki character. I love sake brewed with Yamadanishiki!

When I saw the video of Mimurosugi's sake making, I became a fan at once. The careful crafting, the passion, the Miwa location and the thought that went into the label all stuck with me. I decided that this would be my first shot in 2021. It's delicious, of course, and the balance of aroma and flavor is so superb that it goes with just about any dish! I don't get tired of drinking it and I can drink it all the time. Excellent!
