It has a good reputation, so we bought it. It was the first time for me to buy an active nigori, so I was very excited to open the bottle. This is exactly what Calpis for adults is! It's easy to drink with no bitterness, and surprisingly, it doesn't seem to be an option for many dishes. YouTube paired it with albacore fritters, but it's hard to do at home, so I paired it with cheetara, but good. It's a great one to savor the season!

I'm totally addicted to Tajima sake. A slight apple-like aroma? It has a fresh mouthfeel, and its aroma does not interfere with the food, so it will go well with a wide range of dishes.

It has a fruity aroma, but it doesn't interfere with the food, and the rice flavor makes it versatile as a food sipper. It goes perfectly with yellowtail and squid sashimi, as well as cheese. I've never had a Tansyu before, but this is one of my favorite classifications! The patterned markings on the autumn leaves are also stylish ✨.

Nishi Shuzo, the famous shochu producer, challenged this sake. This is good! It has a mellow and delicious flavor, but has a clear finish. I feel like a 14yo. It's pretty much my favorite drink 😋.

When I contacted the liquor store to inquire about the shipment, they said it was in stock in a timely manner and I rushed to buy it 😂 I don't remember the first squeezer being this early. I'm still my favorite Phoenix Mita. It's very soothing. I had it quietly at night while enjoying the rise in temperature alone 🎵.

The aroma is unmistakable as a real brew. The mouthfeel is fresh and gassy, like a ramune. The taste is so good and so cheap that I'm on an allowance basis, so it's a big help to me. Next time I want to buy it in a bottle!

Gorgeous ginjo aroma. Melon-like? The taste is fresh when you open it, but it's mild, with a slight bitterness at the end and a long aftertaste that fades away. The Genbu is still delicious.

I bought it in August but I held off until the high temperature dropped below 30 degrees. The aroma is not as flamboyant as the original, and the flavor is a little underwhelming. However, you can drink it sipping for a long time, so it's perfect for a long autumn night.

A summer drink that I forgot to post. It's a complete jacket purchase. Kaminoho is one of my favorite sake rice, but I personally like it better when it's fired twice. He is a young master brewer, so I would like to support him.

Miyanosuki is a very local brand. I guess the Kinmiya Shochu from the same brewery is more well known. It's the first Aisan with less than 400 bottles, so we have to buy it! The flavor is so thick and delicious and sweet, it spreads in your mouth like crazy!

I was able to get it through a certain route. The gorgeous aroma is still intact on the palate, with a fresh, fruity sweetness followed by a sour taste. The sweetness lingers in the mouth for a while, but it's a nice touch.

This is the second version of Aisan. I like the sweetness, bitterness, and juiciness because it's like Aisan and the aftertaste disappears quickly. Tastes great close to room temperature too!

I ordered it from the Kakinuma Sake Shop because it is a limited edition. It doesn't have a flashy aroma, but it's sweet, bitter and juicy, with a variety of flavors that spread in your mouth. It's a very rich feeling. It's a must-have for me when I go to Tokyo.

開栓のポンッの音でテンションアップ！ 香りはマスカット？青リンゴ？のような香りで、口当たりはわずかなガス感。味わいは柑橘のような爽やかさでまさに夏酒。原酒だが低アルのせいかスイスイ喉を通ります。

ピチピチなガス感、フルーティーな口当たりで最後は酸が洗い流す感じ。苦味は無し。 美味いけどペアリングが難しいなぁ 酒屋で普通に売ってたので買ってしまいました。

自分のボキャブラリーでは表現の出来ない香り。無濾過生原酒らしくフレッシュでジューシーだが甘さはそこまで感じず二日目以降の味の変化を楽しみたい。素人の下手くそな表現だがまさに亀の尾、山田錦、雄町が混ざっている感じがします！笑

何気に初めての紀土。 爽やかなりんごのような香り。 スッと飲めてスーっと消えていく。これは飲みやすい。純米バージョンも買ってみよう。

ようやく開栓しました。大好きな鳳凰美田の限定版。 香りは少し控えめなマスカット。さすが磨いてるだけあって綺麗、そして優しい味。 このご時世、色んなことを考えながらどんどん飲んでしまう。鳳凰美田大好きだ
