When I saw the video of Mimurosugi's sake making, I became a fan at once. The careful crafting, the passion, the Miwa location and the thought that went into the label all stuck with me.
I decided that this would be my first shot in 2021.
It's delicious, of course, and the balance of aroma and flavor is so superb that it goes with just about any dish!
I don't get tired of drinking it and I can drink it all the time. Excellent!
