From the back of the bottle
This sake is made by a group of classmates from the University of Agriculture. Using rice produced by a rice farmer who had been a trainee at Raifuku Sake Brewery, the sake bar owner came up with the idea as a SAKE producer. The brewer of Raifuku Brewery, who is also a classmate of both of them, was in charge of brewing the sake. We hope that this event will be a good match for everyone.
