It is cooked over a large flame, but it is quite moist. It tastes like fresh pear, with a refreshing and beautiful sweetness with a touch of acidity. Summer microbubbles, good! When you open it, it has a fresh, citrusy aroma. It tastes like an adult rum! It has a slight lactobacillus-like richness, but it's so refreshing and clean that you can almost drink it down your throat ✨. Also, I love the label. It's a nice feeling on a hot summer day, isn't it? I'm enjoying it while remembering how good it feels, even though midsummer is still a little ways away 😆.

I bought a Houou Mita with a label that looks very foreign 😆 lol. It has a nice cool and refreshing aroma when you open it! The mouthfeel is really soft, starting with a full-bodied 🍇-like sweetness, then settling into a refreshing pear-like umami sweetness and a hint of bitterness. It's delicious! I feel so luxurious in the middle of the week ✨lol!

This is too delicious...! As the label says, it is clear and light, yet extremely satisfying. It starts out with a clear sweet acidity like apple, and then moves on to a slightly subdued, deep, delicious sweet acidity like muscat. The taste is clear, but the feeling from mouthfeel to swallowing is really "very tasty water".... I know you don't know what I am talking about, but I don't either.... LOL! It's become one of my favorite bottles, so much so that I'm sad to see it decrease after drinking it ✨. *An addendum, the fresh aroma stands out more when it's on the rocks, and the taste is crisp and tasty too 😆.

It's light but refreshing, with a touch of gas! But not too refreshing, you can also feel the fresh sweetness and acidity and the deliciousness of the rice✨. This is delicious! It's a sake that combines the lightness typical of Niigata Prefecture with the rich sweetness of Aizan✨. It also has just the right amount of acidity to make it refreshingly sweet and tasty, with a nice sharpness that keeps you drinking it all the time. It's a good Niigata sake after all 😆!

It has a gentle, 🍎-like sour aroma! The mouthfeel is really light and feels like water soaking into your body✨. From the taste, not as much as from the aroma, but still a gentle sourness and sweetness as well. What I like the most though is this lingering umami? I think! The umami with a light sweetness spreads gently and cleanly ✨. When I stopped by a sake shop on my trip, I was told about this sake as a sake that has a strong local flavor and is well-liked by people in the area. It's fun to see how many different kinds of delicious sake there are in each region 😆.

Iso boast is delicious! Sourness and lightly peachy sweetness and mushrooms? I can feel the umami so much that I think ✨. Overall, it's clean and soft and really comfortable to drink with a nice finish. I am traveling to Ito hot spring starting today and it is a nice place! Soaking in the hot spring and then drinking Isoboast while listening to the sound of the waves... I feel like I'm having a great luxury 😆.

This is delicious! Not only did I get the beautiful, deep sweetness of the 29% polish, but I also got a surprisingly tart, grapefruit-like acidity and freshness. There is a good amount of gas and the thickness of the flavor is just right, and it has a nice sweet and tart freshness without being cloying! I thought it would be light since it was a weekday, but well, that's impossible...

I was told that it is made with Yamadanishiki from Uonuma and water. Uonuma is my hometown, so I bought it as if I was going back home✨. Until a while ago, Makiki was a local sake, so when I drank the previous RAIMEI, I thought that it should be Takachiyo instead of Makiki...it was delicious, but the taste made me feel that way. I am such a cynical person, but I liked the Makiki this time lol. The alcohol content is low and the taste is refreshing and fruity, but from the mid-palate you can taste the umami of the rice and the fullness of the flavor, so I think you can enjoy the Niigata flavor more. I think this sake has a more Niigata-like taste. I know I sound like a big jerk, but Takachiyo tastes great no matter which one you drink 😆 lol

When I twisted it lightly, it made a nice popping sound 🤭. The aroma is light, but refreshing, with a clean, fresh smell that goes right through the nose. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the gas! The sweetness and light bitterness spreads, followed by a slight sourness and a refreshing finish. This is delicious! It is one of the most refreshing and favorite of the Kangiku varieties.

The second one is flower space 🤭. This sake seems to be based on the concept of making what you want to make. So when I heard that no two bottles are the same, I couldn't resist buying this one as well. When I opened the bottle, I found that this sake has a cool feeling, like a spodori, but in a good way! I especially like the coolness of the aroma. I especially like the coolness of the aroma, like that misty juice from crushed citrus peels? It smells like the juice of crushed citrus peels. The taste is sweet and tasty, with a cool and refreshing aftertaste, so I end up drinking more in one sip 🤭. I love this one too.

Today is Saturday, so we are comparing the sake we bought at the brewery's distributor the other day 🤭. The first bottle is windhole storage. I couldn't resist buying it since it was recommended to me when I asked for a highly regional sake lol. When I opened it, I thought it would taste more robust, so I prepared some sashimi and drank it, but it was a beautiful sake with a sweetness that asserted itself without being cloying...! It is not overly sweet and is a dry sake, but it has a nice matured flavor behind the sweetness! This is a bottle I would like to drink again 🤭.

My family and I went to Shirakone Onsen this weekend, and along the way we visited several sake breweries in Nagano 🤭. It's still fun to drink and buy sake while listening to the stories there! It makes the sake seem warmer and more welcoming. The first one is Daishinshu, and I opened a bottle from a hand full of this when it comes to the taste of Daishinshu. It is clean and clean with a strong sense of umami sweetness, and it is delicious ✨.
