Here's the sake I received today from the liquor store I go to the most 😆✨. It was my first time to participate in a hanpukai, and since it is recommended by a professional, all the sakes are delicious, and it's nice to meet new sakes! This sake has a refreshing apple-like? It has a refreshing apple-like aroma, and the mouthfeel is soft and clear with just the right amount of minerality. In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity, followed by a soft umami taste coming from the back 😳. The rest of the wine finishes cleanly and smoothly, making it easy to drink one cup after another ✨. I've tried it cold and heated, but personally I think I like it at room temperature after it comes back to temperature so I can enjoy the umami more 😳. The Dodgers won the championship and the sake is good 😆! LOL!

I always end up buying this sake when I visit a certain sake mecca ✨. Kougetsu is a sake that I can't really afford, as it is considered a very expensive sake on the official Daishinshu website, but this one is only about 2,000 yen...! I would love to try the super-premium sake Kagetsu someday, but this Kagetsu is also delicious ✨. It's like a honey-filled apple with a hint of creaminess? It has a really beautiful rice aroma that swells up softly, and a pleasant mouthfeel that is both clear and smooth 😳. The taste is fruity and sweet with a hint of bitterness, but this bitterness gradually turns into a delicious sweetness? The feeling is also good! It's delicious! I'd like to try the high fragrant moon someday 😆✨.

I've been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to drink a variety of Kinjaku this year, and while they've all been delicious, I think I personally particularly like this Akigari 😳✨. I can't believe that it is already time for new sake. I feel like the year is going by faster and faster as I get older. It has already been a year since Sentori was renewed. I can't believe it. LOL! As for today's sake, I bought a bottle of Modern's Zero ✨, which I didn't drink last year come to think of it. When I open it, it's banana, pear and a little peachy? It has a nice firm fruity aroma. The mouthfeel is light and smooth, with a mild pizzazz 😳. The taste has a good lactic flavor and richness with a fruity sweetness and freshness, with a good 🍋 and a nice, spodgy freshness! Delicious!

I am here in Izu Shimoda where a typhoon is approaching from today of all days! 😆 LOL! Today I will be sharing a bottle of Shimoda Reimei sake that I bought at a local liquor store 😳. It was started by sake lovers in Shimoda and is made from Shimoda rice. From the nose, it has a nice aroma, a bit like a blue banana, and the mouthfeel is quite soft ✨. It has a slight acidity, a full flavor, and a fruity, almost 🍇 feel to it. I feel like it has some 🍇sense of fruit! And yet it has a sharp and clean finish, so it's the kind of sake that makes you want to eat and drink more ✨. Delicious! Local sake is still fun 😳.

Shikishima delicious! The aroma is like melon and lychee? The taste has a full-bodied banana-like flavor with a fresh lychee-like sweetness, and it quickly breaks away from the sourness and bitterness with a pineapple feel! The concept of the brewing is described on the back of the bottle as "elegant gorilla", and this initial assertiveness and the cleanness of the finish give me the impression that this is exactly what I'm looking for 😆. I remember drinking a lot of sake at an all-you-can-drink sake bar, and Shikishima was the best. It was my first time to try Shikishima, but it has its own character and tastes great, and now I want to drink more different kinds of sake 😳 lol

The last in the Discovery Series is Koshihikari pink! This one is also refreshing with a sour taste and a fresh pear-like aroma ✨. Mr. pepper, ㊗️4 has conquered the variety. Before the birth of Yamada-Nishiki, there was no distinction between rice for eating and rice for drinking, so in a sense, this may be the high road. The third one is an APPT of a bushy gold! This one has a pear-like fruity aroma with more acidity and a nice aroma that goes right through the nose. The second bottle in the Discovery Series is the blue one from Iomangoku! The aroma here is more refreshing than the previous Identity. It is less puffy like 🍇 and more like a fresh and slightly sour pear? It is 😆 lol! The taste also has less sweetness and is moderately sharp and refreshing.
