Even in this season in Tokyo, you can enjoy the early blooming cherry blossoms in many places if you walk around, but today I decided to enjoy Hanami Lomang just to get in the mood. The alcohol content is only 13%, so it's good to enjoy it from noon on Sunday! When you open the bottle, you can smell the light and gorgeous aroma that makes you feel "this is spring-like" lol. It tastes like ripe 🍓 with a hint of sweetness and acidity. It is delicious, but it finishes cleanly without lingering, so you will want to drink the next one right away. When the temperature returns to normal, you can also taste the aroma and sweetness of 🍈. It's delicious. The weather is nice and pleasant 🤭 lol

The taste starts with the beautiful and deep sweetness of rice, and then gradually you start to taste juicy acidity and a bit of bitterness, like grapefruit on the yellow side. The unique lightness of this Kangiku makes it even more refreshing and delicious! I'm looking forward to seeing it in 4 years 🤭 lol

pepperI have a friend visiting from my hometown today, so I would like to open a bottle of sake that I think is too good to drink alone in my house 🤭. The first bottle is Shinshu Kamerei. This one has a really nice aroma! The taste is clean and refreshing and sweet like 🍇, but you feel very satisfied that you are tasting the sweetness and flavor of the rice itself. The fruity sweetness of the rice is really beautiful, and I am convinced that this will be very popular...lol! It's really delicious.

pepperIt is that time of year again! Midorikawa's Kasumi Shibori is shipped only once a year. We had ordered it from a liquor store in Niigata, and it was delivered today, the day after it went on sale🤭. I love this one. The aroma is fresh and milky, with just a hint of rice fullness. In the mouth, you first feel a slight sourness, followed by a fresh milky sweetness that is somewhat like white peaches, but the mellowness of the rice, which is unique to Midorikawa, firmly supports the flavor. The mildness of the rice, which is unique to Midorikawa, supports the flavor well. I feel like spring is coming when I drink this. It's so delicious!

I heard that it is a combination of Araogiri and Oshikiri, but I wondered if it is mainly Oshikiri. I felt it was mainly oshikiri. When I put it in my mouth, I felt a juicy sweetness like grapes without any stickiness. Later, a fresh sourness spreads, and when swallowing, I feel the stimulation of gas and a faint bitterness. This irritation may just be my sore throat from coughing lol. This slight bitterness is good again 🤭. Yummy!

The aroma has a slight hint of rice, so it is not too light. This is a sake that just slides right out of your mouth and into your body 🤭. It's delicious.

pepperI think it may be pulled by the label, but the fruity berry flavor combined with the sweetness of the lactic acid bacteria makes it smell like shortcake 🤭 lol When you put it in your mouth, you feel a sizzling strong gas. The taste is just like sakura mochi (rice cake with sakura filling) with the same impression of the aroma. Just like chewing on a rice cake to get to the bean paste, the delicious and thick sweetness comes from a little deeper inside the milky flavor. The sourness is also moderate, so if you taste it carefully, you may get the impression of strawberry daifuku made with koshi-an (sweetened red bean paste). This is delicious! I am looking forward to this year's Kanjiku.

pepperI drank this sake when I went to Ikaho Onsen and really fell in love with it. I found it in Kusatsu Onsen and bought it lol. From the aroma, you can sense the fullness of the rice and the acidity. The taste is of rice with umami coming first, followed immediately by a refreshing acidity and juicy sweetness like pears. The umami does not change from umami to sweetness, but rather the umami of the rice sometimes appears in the sweetness, so it is refreshing yet drinkable. It is still my favorite flavor 🤭. I have had the Junmai Daiginjo before, but I definitely preferred this one. I would like to try another brand from the same brewery next time ✨.

pepperThis is the first tank of Sentori "SEME". This one gives a very different impression compared to the Nakadori! It really is like muscat juice lol! The richness of the lactic acid bacteria type is reduced and the juicy sweetness comes to the fore. It seems to be delicious even if you drink it in your throat with a gulp because it has a refreshing clean aftertaste and does not have a sticking point. It is a waste of money, so I don't drink it! Each sake has its own character and is very good 🤭.

pepperI wanted to compare the two, so I bought the Nakadori and the Sekime. I wanted to buy arabashiri, but I couldn't open all three bottles because I wouldn't be able to finish them while they were still tasty... First of all, I got the Nakadori, but as soon as I twisted it a little, it started making a pshhhhhh sound. LOL! I thought I had bought arabashiri by mistake and looked twice, but when I looked closer, I could see that the arabashiri had precipitated out. The aroma is really fresh, with a rich lactic acid bacteria type flavor and a muscat-like aroma. The mouthfeel is sizzling lol. The taste is lactobacillus-based richness, fruity sweetness, and softly sourness. There is a moderate bitter taste, which is also good! It's so good!
