Happy New Year! The year 2026 has begun. The first bottle of sake is Gagakuyo's Active Nigori 😆. I was too drunk to post it, but I drank a light nigori Yukishita a while ago and enjoyed it so much that I was looking forward to this one too ✨. As soon as I start twisting the cap, it's so full of energy that it almost blows up solid. The mouthfeel is very smooth, with a muscat-like aroma and just the right amount of sweetness. It has a muscat-like aroma, a moderate sweetness, and a muddy flavor, but it also has a citrus-like sourness to the sweetness that makes it a refreshing drink. The sweetness is balanced by a citrusy acidity that makes for a refreshing drink 😳. It is delicious!

I finally got my hands on it on the occasion of New Year's Day...! It's Kougetsu, a high-end brand from Daishinshu, which I've been longing for...! Since I was going to have such a good sake, I had 5 kinds of Daishinshu, including the tank-filled one that I forgot to take a picture of✨. Since I was back home, I compared them with my friends and family, and I have to say that Daishinshu is delicious 😳! Of course the Kagetsu was beautiful, elegant, slow and delicious, but they were all very popular 😆. Personally, I was happy to see that the hand-full was the most popular lol! I would love to try Kokin and Shinju someday, but I wonder when that will be 😅.

I have finished my work for the year and am on my way to my parents' house in Shima Onsen, Gunma for one night and two days from today 😆! It seems to have snowed yesterday, and the lightly snow-covered mountains and rivers and the townscape are very beautiful. There is a hot spring town where you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stroll, the hot springs are pleasant, you can enjoy drinking the hot spring water, and the dinner at the inn is delicious... Shima Onsen is a nice place 😳✨. Now for the sake we will be sharing the night at the inn. LOL! I heard that the liquor store in Shima Onsen is a special distributor of Makino Sake Brewery, so there is one more reason to come to Shima Onsen 😆 lol As for the sake, the aroma is clear and banana-like sweetness can be felt. The aroma is clear and I can feel a banana-like sweetness. The mouthfeel is beautifully soft, and since there is no stickiness, it seems to slowly seep into your mouth 😳✨. It is a sensation 😳✨. The taste is also like 🍌 with a full-bodied sweetness and just the right amount of acidity, with a moderate bitterness to tighten up the aftertaste! I decided on the 300ml because I plan to drink it all from tomorrow, but I should have used a shogo-jar. LOL!

It was my first time to participate in a hanpukai, and since it is recommended by a professional, all the sakes are delicious, and it's nice to meet new sakes! This sake has a refreshing apple-like? It has a refreshing apple-like aroma, and the mouthfeel is soft and clear with just the right amount of minerality. In the mouth, there is a refreshing acidity, followed by a soft umami taste coming from the back 😳. The rest of the wine goes down smoothly and cleanly, so it seems like you'll be drinking one cup after another ✨. I've tried it cold and heated, but personally I think I like it at room temperature after it comes back to temperature so I can enjoy the umami more 😳. The Dodgers won the championship and the sake is good 😆! LOL!

Kougetsu is a very expensive sake that I can't afford, as it is considered a very expensive sake on the official Daishinshu website, but this one is only about 2,000 yen...!
