Strangely, it seems to have a nice smell similar to 🥃...or is that just my imagination lol
First of all, I'll drink it as it is, well chilled, and I can feel the sourness and sweetness from the mouth as if I don't remember it working this well last year✨.
The dark umami and a hint of bitterness comes later, so it has some heaviness, but the sweet and acidity makes it drinkable and refreshing 😆!
I think it becomes more summery on the rocks, and the fruity 🍇 in the sweetness increases ✨.
Above all, it's really nice to drink a cold sake with clinking ice!
