I was told that it is made with Yamadanishiki from Uonuma and water. Uonuma is my hometown, so I bought it as if I was going back home✨. Until a while ago, Makiki was a local sake, so when I drank the previous RAIMEI, I thought that it should be Takachiyo instead of Makiki...it was delicious, but the taste made me feel that way. I am such a cynical person, but I liked the Makiki this time lol. The alcohol content is low and the taste is refreshing and fruity, but from the mid-palate you can taste the umami of the rice and the fullness of the flavor, so I think you can enjoy the Niigata flavor more. I think this sake has a more Niigata-like taste. I know I sound like a big jerk, but Takachiyo tastes great no matter which one you drink 😆 lol

The second one is flower space 🤭. This sake seems to be based on the concept of making what you want to make. So when I heard that no two bottles are the same, I couldn't resist buying this one as well. When I opened the bottle, I found that this sake has a cool feeling, like a spodori, but in a good way! Today is Saturday, so we are comparing the sake we bought at the brewery's distributor the other day 🤭. The first bottle is windhole storage. I couldn't resist buying it since it was recommended to me when I asked for a highly regional sake lol. When I opened it, I thought it would taste more robust, so I prepared some sashimi and drank it, but it was a beautiful sake with a sweetness that asserted itself without being cloying...! It is not overly sweet and is a dry sake, but it has a nice matured flavor behind the sweetness! This is a bottle I would like to drink again 🤭.

My family and I went to Shirakone Onsen this weekend, and along the way we visited several sake breweries in Nagano 🤭. It's still fun to drink and buy sake while listening to the stories there! It makes the sake seem warmer and more welcoming. The first one is Daishinshu, and I opened a bottle from a hand full of this when it comes to the taste of Daishinshu. It is clean and clean with a strong sense of umami sweetness, and it is delicious ✨.
