It's a very sensual label, isn't it? As I was staring at it, I noticed a cicada perched in the center of the swimsuit, and I came to my senses. Wait a minute. If it flies away, it means...! I'm not going to go any further. It's infuriating, isn't it? The taste is less acidic than yesterday's Omachi, but it does have a slightly tropical 🍐 and 🍌 feel to it 😆! The mouthfeel is really soft and it feels like it fits in your mouth easily ✨. It's really soft on the palate ✨. The aftertaste recedes early, so it's a refreshing drink all the way through. It's really summery, but it's still a pineapple 😆! Delicious!

The sake that got me hooked on the Sake Swamp was the sake with the figure (I really regret that I didn't record the details...!) ), Heki-ban of Houou Mita and Shizuku label of Matsunotsu no Kotobuki. All sake from Tochigi 😆 lol. I bought a bottle of Matsu no Kotobuki today, deep with that thought. From the aroma it has a freshness and sweetness like 🍎. The mouthfeel is really fresh and soft✨. You can also feel the pizzazz and gas. The taste is fruity and sour like 🍎 first, but it doesn't end there, it is deep and delicious. It is a really beautiful and coherent sake that allows you to enjoy the fresh softness and fruity taste while immersing yourself in the deep umami flavor...! After all, Matsu no Kotobuki is my sake of choice 😆 lol!

We are in Kusatsu Onsen for an overnight stay starting today 😆! I was looking for a sake for this evening, and was attracted by QCI3, a new yeast from Gunma, so I bought this one. From the aroma, you can feel the beautiful sweetness of the rice and the gentle freshness. When I put it in my mouth, I could also feel the gas! The taste is mainly beautiful sweetness of rice, with some fruity notes like 🍇 and pear. I feel like it has a fruity flavor like pear or rice. If you drink it quickly with a gulp, you will mainly feel the sweetness, but if you drink it a little slower, you can enjoy the refreshing acidity as well ✨. Overall, it is sweet but has a refreshing and clean aftertaste, so it is perfect for after a bath. I found a delicious sake 😆✨

I found an intriguing Kikuhime, so I compared it to the most commonly seen Kikuhime ✨. I tried to compare it with the most common Kikuhime ✨. The first one is the regular one, which is delicious to begin with...! It smells like brown rice with a hint of maturity, but the taste is surprisingly strong with a hint of sourness and sweetness. But just like the last Kikuhime I drank, I can enjoy the beautiful and intense umami, it's so good 😆. Next is the Tomogiri Genshu. The aroma is different from the other one! It has a fruity aroma like 🍎 with the mellowness of rice. The taste also has 🍎-like sweetness and acidity in the forefront, so although it is not low-alcohol, I think it is safe to say that this is a modern style...! The flavor is also properly enjoyable, clean and fruity with a good aftertaste.................................! I would like to enjoy it in various ways 😆✨

Last weekend we went to Toyama and Ishikawa prefectures on our regular family trip, and I bought a variety of sake there to compare, The first time I drank Kikuhime, it was so good that it took all the excitement away from me... 😆 lol I was honestly afraid to try it because the aroma was so wild that it reminded me of brown rice, I was honestly afraid to drink it, but the taste is so beautiful and clean, and the rich umami flavor comes out slowly...! This is too delicious...! As the label says, it is clear and light, yet extremely satisfying. It starts out with a clear sweet acidity like apple, and then moves on to a slightly subdued, deep, delicious sweet acidity like muscat. The taste is clear, but the feeling from mouthfeel to swallowing is really "very tasty water".... I know you don't know what I am talking about, but I don't either.... LOL! It's become one of my favorite bottles, so much so that I'm sad to see it decrease after drinking it ✨. *An addendum, the fresh aroma stands out more when it's on the rocks, and the taste is crisp and tasty too 😆.
