It has a nice, gentle pear-like aroma ✨. I think I also smell an apple-like sourness that comes first when the temperature comes back up 😆. The mouthfeel is smooth and even a bit thick? I feel it. The taste is really beautiful ✨. It has a clear, watery, pear-like sweetness and acidity that is supported by a firm, extended umami. The overall taste is clean and crisp, with a slight bitterness that is also nice! Delicious!

It is gradually becoming hiya-odoroshi season, and our refrigerator is getting a change of clothes. So today, I would like to open a summer sake that may be the last of the year before the season changes completely 😆. This is my first Hyakurugumon and it is like 🍍 juice...! It has a nice strong 🍍-like aroma, juicy and sweet on the palate, with a fluffy rice flavor coming from the back? It's like a rice fluffy flavor coming from the back. From the aroma to the sourness and light bitterness in the aftertaste, I feel like it's a solid 🍍😆 lol This is a sake that you can enjoy in the summer even if you drink it in the beginning of fall. It's delicious. Next time, I'll go to the front? I'd like to try the front side, Hyakugakumon, if I can find it ✨.

It smells like clean, fresh, beautiful rice ✨. The mouthfeel is a little melty? The taste is fresh like a pear and rich fruity like a peach, along with a fluffy, dark flavor. The next sake for the Obon vacation is Shinmasa, which I brought back from Tokyo as it was too good to drink alone ✨. When I asked people who don't know Shinsei to drink it, Cosmos was well received and they said they couldn't drink Flaxcat Ecru because of its sourness. LOL! I like the taste of Shinsei, but I envy them that they are not fooled by the name value. Maybe it's more fun to taste it with your senses and not too much prior information ✨.

The second Bon vacation is in Midorikawa✨ The glass smells good, slightly like fresh 🍈 covered with soil 😆. The taste also has a fruity 🍈 flavor and the full sweetness of the rice, while also being able to enjoy the lightness that is typical of Niigata sake, which is good again! Maybe it's just my imagination, but every year the aftertaste seems to get cleaner and more fruity? It may be my imagination, but it seems like the aftertaste gets cleaner and more fruity every year ✨. I wanted to drink the May draft as well...!

I was curious about this sake because it won first place in the Junmai sake category this year, and when I saw it on my way back home, I couldn't resist buying it✨. I was expecting it to have a strong and clean umami since it is a sake for men in Shinbashi, but it has a surprisingly light acidity and peachy sweetness, perhaps because it was chilled thoroughly! The main ingredient is the sweetness and umami of the rice, but it has a very beautiful mouthfeel and blends in easily without any stickiness 😆. The finish is clean and refreshing, and the balance between this delicious sweetness, sharpness and softness is really good ✨. It's really good ✨.

I couldn't resist buying a bottle of sake that I had enjoyed on a trip to Ishikawa Prefecture, but I didn't expect to find it at a liquor store near me✨. I let it cool down before opening it, It has a matured aroma, like the ear of rice as it is, but today I feel a little more acidity and fruity than last time 😆. The mouthfeel is really soft and clear! I think it's because it's been chilled so well that I can taste a rich and beautiful flavor, along with a hint of 🍇 fruitiness. Soft, delicious, and beautiful, it's still one of my favorites ✨.

Next up is Mountain, and surprisingly, I think this scent has more of a citrus acidity ✨. The taste is also very tart, but less so than the SEA, with a beautiful pear or 🍈 fruity sweetness and a bit of a yakult-like richness that is deeper and longer 😆. Today was a day when I could feel a sense of accomplishment after all the work I had done, so I opened this Mimuro Sugi, which I was looking forward to drinking a good sake with it ✨. The aroma, at first I felt a fresh sweetness and sourness like 🍎, but it has a deep and good aroma like the richness of a banana. The mouthfeel is super smooth. I can also feel the slightest bit of gas! The taste starts out mild and clean with the sweetness of rice, but later it bursts into pear, 🍌, 🍈, and a bit of 🍎? I feel like all kinds of fruity things are coming 😆 lol. I feel that a good bitterness is holding them all together. I think this is delicious...!

The sake that got me hooked on the Sake Swamp was the sake with the figure (I really regret that I didn't record the details...!) ), Heki-ban of Houou Mita and Shizuku label of Matsunotsu no Kotobuki. All sake from Tochigi 😆 lol. I bought a bottle of Matsu no Kotobuki today, deep with that thought. From the aroma it has a freshness and sweetness like 🍎. The mouthfeel is really fresh and soft✨. You can also feel the pizzazz and gas. The taste is fruity and sour like 🍎 first, but it doesn't end there, it is deep and delicious. It is a really beautiful and coherent sake that allows you to enjoy the fresh softness and fruity taste while immersing yourself in the deep umami flavor...! After all, Matsu no Kotobuki is my sake of choice 😆 lol!

We are in Kusatsu Onsen for an overnight stay starting today 😆! I was looking for a sake for this evening, and was attracted by QCI3, a new yeast from Gunma, so I bought this one. From the aroma, you can feel the beautiful sweetness of the rice and the gentle freshness. When I put it in my mouth, I could also feel the gas! The taste is mainly beautiful sweetness of rice, with some fruity notes like 🍇 and pear. I feel like it has a fruity flavor like pear or rice. If you drink it quickly with a gulp, you will mainly feel the sweetness, but if you drink it a little slower, you can enjoy the refreshing acidity as well ✨. I found an intriguing Kikuhime, so I compared it to the most commonly seen Kikuhime ✨. I tried to compare it with the most common Kikuhime ✨. The first one is the regular one, which is delicious to begin with...! It smells like brown rice with a hint of maturity, but the taste is surprisingly strong with a hint of sourness and sweetness. But just like the last Kikuhime I drank, I can enjoy the beautiful and intense umami, it's so good 😆. Next is the Tomogiri Genshu. The aroma is different from the other one! It has a fruity aroma like 🍎 with the mellowness of rice. The taste also has 🍎-like sweetness and acidity in the forefront, so although it is not low-alcohol, I think it is safe to say that this is a modern style...! The flavor is also properly enjoyable, clean and fruity with a good aftertaste.................................! I would like to enjoy it in various ways 😆✨
