The taste is fruity and refreshing, with a delicious sweetness of rice that can be felt all the way to the back of the throat. There is no dullness or unpleasantness, and although the flavor is strong, it is clear and pleasant to drink. It has just the right amount of finesse, and the finish is good, with no stickiness! 😆✨ Compared to the regular Autumn Jungin, I think I can feel the sweetness of the rice more beautifully and mellowly. I started Sake no Wa last November and found myself on my 100th post 😆 lol. Since this is a milestone, I opened a bottle of sake that I received ✨. The aroma is really beautiful and has a nice fruity smell to it. The mouthfeel is also really beautiful, soft, clear and fresh ✨. The taste is also really clear, but you can really taste the soft umami of the rice, accompanied by just the right amount of acidity and sweetness. The rest of the taste has the crispness that is typical of Niigata sake, and there is no cloying taste, but a sense of unity. It's amazing ✨. It was a bottle that allowed me to feel satisfied that I was drinking a good sake 😆.

The next sake for the Obon vacation is Shinmasa, which I brought back from Tokyo as it was too good to drink alone ✨. When I asked people who don't know Shinsei to drink it, Cosmos was well received and they said they couldn't drink Flaxcat Ecru because of its sourness. LOL! I like the taste of Shinsei, but I envy them that they are not fooled by the name value. Maybe it's more fun to taste it with your senses and not too much prior information ✨.

The second Bon vacation is in Midorikawa✨ The glass smells good, slightly like fresh 🍈 covered with soil 😆. I was curious about this sake because it won first place in the Junmai sake category this year, and when I saw it on my way back home, I couldn't resist buying it✨. I was expecting it to have a strong and clean umami since it is a sake for men in Shinbashi, but it has a surprisingly light acidity and peachy sweetness, perhaps because it was chilled thoroughly! The main ingredient is the sweetness and umami of the rice, but it has a very beautiful mouthfeel and blends in easily without any stickiness 😆. The finish is clean and refreshing, and the balance between this delicious sweetness, sharpness and softness is really good ✨. It's really good ✨.

I couldn't resist buying a bottle of sake that I had enjoyed on a trip to Ishikawa Prefecture, but I didn't expect to find it at a liquor store near me✨.
