Strangely, it seems to have a nice smell similar to 🥃...or is that just my imagination lol First of all, I'll drink it as it is, well chilled, and I can feel the sourness and sweetness from the mouth as if I don't remember it working this well last year✨. The dark umami and a hint of bitterness comes later, so it has some heaviness, but the sweet and acidity makes it drinkable and refreshing 😆! I think it becomes more summery on the rocks, and the fruity 🍇 in the sweetness increases ✨. Above all, it's really nice to drink a cold sake with clinking ice! Yum.

Last weekend we went to Toyama and Ishikawa prefectures on our regular family trip, and I bought a variety of sake there to compare, The first time I drank Kikuhime, it was so good that it took all the excitement away from me... 😆 lol I was honestly afraid to try it because the aroma was so wild that it reminded me of brown rice, I was honestly afraid to drink it, but the taste is so beautiful and clean, and the rich umami flavor comes out slowly...! And yet, it doesn't linger on the palate, and it remains clean until the end. It's not fruity or sweet or acidic, but it's just so good that you want to keep drinking it 😆✨.

No, it's a delicious summer arrival...! It has a refreshing citrus aroma, so I put it in my mouth thinking it would be clean and refreshing, but..., I was surprised at the gap between the aroma and the taste, and the young and fresh 🍇-like acidity, sweetness, and rich umami spread out slowly and instantly ✨. The second half of the bottle also has a refreshing bitterness and acidity like a hint of grapefruit, it's beautiful and refreshing but also delicious and really satisfying 😆! The empty bottle will be reused for peace of water lol!

I still don't miss the figure. It is a really pleasant sake that tastes 🍇-like sweetness and unctuous umami, but also has a hint of bitterness and finishes nicely as a summer sake ✨. I think you can feel the fruity and freshness more strongly even if you drink it on the rocks, so I think it would be good to drink it with ice from now on to keep it nice and crisp! 😆 I'm looking forward to the coming season, drinking yukata saké with the windows open and feeling the early summer breeze ✨.

I bought a Houou Mita with a label that looks very foreign 😆 lol. It has a nice cool and refreshing aroma when you open it! This is too delicious...! As the label says, it is clear and light, yet extremely satisfying. It starts out with a clear sweet acidity like apple, and then moves on to a slightly subdued, deep, delicious sweet acidity like muscat. The taste is clear, but the feeling from mouthfeel to swallowing is really "very tasty water".... I know you don't know what I am talking about, but I don't either.... LOL! It's become one of my favorite bottles, so much so that I'm sad to see it decrease after drinking it ✨. *An addendum, the fresh aroma stands out more when it's on the rocks, and the taste is crisp and tasty too 😆.

From the taste, not as much as from the aroma, but still a gentle sourness and sweetness as well. What I like the most though is this lingering umami? I think! The umami with a light sweetness spreads gently and cleanly ✨. When I stopped by a sake shop on my trip, I was told about this sake as a sake that has a strong local flavor and is well-liked by people in the area. It's fun to see how many different kinds of delicious sake there are in each region 😆.

Iso boast is delicious! Sourness and lightly peachy sweetness and mushrooms? I can feel the umami so much that I think ✨. Overall, it's clean and soft and really comfortable to drink with a nice finish. I am traveling to Ito hot spring starting today and it is a nice place! Soaking in the hot spring and then drinking Isoboast while listening to the sound of the waves... I feel like I'm having a great luxury 😆.
