This was my first drink while reading the description on the back label. I have not had much Maikaze, a Gunma Prefecture sake brewer's rice.

The attack has a strong umami attack with a strong sense of namaishu. The attack has a strong umami taste with a strong sense of nama-zake in the beginning. The acidity is a bit strong.

I drank the same sake at a national sake fair and had a good impression of it 😋.
I wish there was a place where I could buy it in Kansai 🤔. ねむちbouken, you are indeed a drinker of everything 😊 here too 😁 I would like to try other of Yuu brand, but I don't know where I can buy it in Kansai 🤔.

I was looking for a sake for this evening, and was attracted by QCI3, a new yeast from Gunma, so I bought this one.
From the aroma, you can feel the beautiful sweetness of the rice and the gentle freshness.
When I put it in my mouth, I could also feel the gas!
The taste is mainly beautiful sweetness of rice, with some fruity notes like 🍇 and pear. I feel like it has a fruity flavor like pear or rice.
If you drink it quickly with a gulp, you will mainly feel the sweetness, but if you drink it a little slower, you can enjoy the refreshing acidity as well ✨.
Overall, it is sweet but has a refreshing and clean aftertaste, so it is perfect for after a bath.
