Last weekend we went to Toyama and Ishikawa prefectures on our regular family trip, and I bought a variety of sake there to compare,
The first time I drank Kikuhime, it was so good that it took all the excitement away from me... 😆 lol
I was honestly afraid to try it because the aroma was so wild that it reminded me of brown rice,
I was honestly afraid to drink it, but the taste is so beautiful and clean, and the rich umami flavor comes out slowly...!
And yet, it doesn't linger on the palate, and it remains clean until the end.
It's not fruity or sweet or acidic, but it's just so good that you want to keep drinking it 😆✨.
