I found an intriguing Kikuhime, so I compared it to the most commonly seen Kikuhime ✨. I tried to compare it with the most common Kikuhime ✨.
The first one is the regular one, which is delicious to begin with...!
It smells like brown rice with a hint of maturity, but the taste is surprisingly strong with a hint of sourness and sweetness.
But just like the last Kikuhime I drank, I can enjoy the beautiful and intense umami, it's so good 😆.
Next is the Tomogiri Genshu. The aroma is different from the other one! It has a fruity aroma like 🍎 with the mellowness of rice.
The taste also has 🍎-like sweetness and acidity in the forefront, so although it is not low-alcohol, I think it is safe to say that this is a modern style...!
The flavor is also properly enjoyable, clean and fruity with a good aftertaste.................................!
I would like to enjoy it in various ways 😆✨
