I bought this at a store in front of a sake brewery while visiting Gokayama.
It has a very nice aroma.
It's not sweet, but it has a gorgeous acidity that is the opposite of what you'd expect from a modern sake.
Slight bitterness and crispness that goes well with any meal!
It is easy to drink, but the high alcohol content makes it easy to get drunk.
