Nice aroma right after opening the bottle.
This may not be what I expected.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a nice tangy stimulation, and it comes in easily with almost no sweetness.
However, the lingering aftertaste is long, probably due to the richness of the umami, rather than being a clean, crisp finish.
It tastes even better with grilled horse mackerel.
