It tastes like a junmai ginjo. After a series of watery sakes, you can feel the richness of the flavor. The finish is a little heavy and burns in the stomach.
It is said to be an original sake from a sushi restaurant "Rekishi" in Kanazawa❗
It is even drier and lighter than yesterday's Hanagaki. It's really watery.
It is quite sticky. The menu said it had a clear taste, but...hmmm.
Beautiful aftertaste, too...hmmm.
I guess my tastes have hardened (and I have a different definition of 'beautiful'). Maybe those who like it will like the taste. Give it a try❗.
...but when I wrote that, the restaurant served me a dry pickle as a side dish, and when I matched it with it, it went well with it ❗What, sake depends on the side dish after all. ⁉️ seriously 🤔
But in any case, it doesn't have a clear taste: ‼️‼️
Not for sale! It is a bottle that can be drunk only at a limited number of izakaya (Japanese-style pubs) in Fukui.
It has a 21% alcohol content, so it is sweet and thick on the palate and intoxicating, but not sticky ❗It is heavy but sharp like a blade on the throat. It's a great 😋🍶.
It was so rich that the first sip tasted like old sake. But it still has a nice sharpness to it. It is a gorgeous, sweet sake that is typical of junmai daiginjos.
Slightly sweet! The mouthfeel is rather thick and lingering. But once swallowed, it's not that persistent. It smolders hotly in the bottom of your stomach.
I've been waiting for this for a long time! It's finally here! And the "chemical taste that runs for a moment in the first bite" that bothered me last time is gone! It's just perfect 😋🍶😋🍶🍶.
