Sake from Saga never disappoints! So, I went for Koei Kiku, which I had (supposedly) never had before. As the restaurant commented, it was fresh and fruity, and the moment I drank it, I thought it was a gorgeous white wine. I thought it was a gorgeous white wine. It's probably a good sake for women, a little too sweet for those who like it dry, but I love it!

I thought it would be a refreshing hiyaoroshi, but the sweet aroma of junmai ginjo on the palate is very pleasant and then disappears quickly. It's good. I wanted to drink it around the time of autumn leaves to match the label, but drinking it with hot pot on a cold day is also good ✨.

My father bought this sake for me when I went back to my hometown in Hiroshima ✨It's been a while since I've had a bottle of sake, but it's still good with a dry, strong taste 😚. I've been drinking Zuikan's sake for a long time now, and it's always delicious 😋.

I changed my phone and couldn't find my password, so I drank when I couldn't log in 🍶. I tried to write a record of it, but my memory is no longer so good. ...... I think it was a well-balanced and easy to drink drink drink because it didn't have a strong aroma and wasn't too strong to drink 😂😂.

I received this sake as a celebration 🍶. It was 100% Bizen Omachi, which I later found out is a very valuable sake rice ☺️. I usually don't buy Junmai Daiginjo because of the price, but it was definitely delicious 😋. And what I didn't expect was that Junmai Daiginjo also tastes good when heated up! (I thought it didn't taste good on its own 🙇♀️) I learned a lot ✨

This sake was a gift 🍶. It's labeled as a "food sake" and can be served cold, room temperature, warmed up, or not too dry 👌👌. It was a bottle so I could enjoy it more than usual 😌.

The last sake I bought in Niigata 😢Oh, the last one... I bought this bottle because it was a popular sake 🍶, although I forgot some parts of it because I had too much free time. It's not a ginjo, but it has a nice aroma and sweetness of rice, so I think it's suitable for eating 😀 Is it because of that? It ran out faster than usual (lol). It was really delicious all the way through! My husband and I were fighting over it as we drank it😍.

Sweet, but not overpoweringly aromatic, with no aftertaste! I heard from the liquor store that the wife of the brewer made this sake for eating Spanish crab tempura? I'm eating it with potato chips because I heard it's a sake made for eating tempura of Spanish crabs, but it still goes well with fried food 👍✨. I feel like it's a bit of a waste... but in case you're wondering, the potato chips are also a Niigata-only product, so I think it's OK lol. It seems to be a small brewery and there are only a limited number of bottles sold at liquor stores, so I wonder when I will be able to encounter this sake again 😢😢. I'm not sure when I'll be able to find this sake again 😢😢😢 I'll drink it again today, even though I'll take good care of it since it's such a precious sake 😏.

I finally got to drink the sake I bought on my summer trip to Niigata 😆. I bought the Yamahai for my husband's preference, but this Yamahai is only recommended in a glass? It's a junmai ginjo but the aroma is not too strong and it's perfect as a food sake 😃. I thought Yamahai was supposed to have a punchy aroma lol. I finished it in no time 🤣. Sake from Niigata is still delicious 🌾.

When opened, it is a refreshing and tasty sake with a slight carbonation and a fresh bitter taste like melon. This time, since the sake was unpasteurized, I was patient enough to make half of the bottle leftover and let it sit for 3 weeks to compare the two 😊. After opening the bottle, it was interesting to see how it changed over time as the carbonation went away, the bitter melon taste became sweeter, the freshness became more mellow and calm, and you would think it was a different sake from the one just opened ✨. I tend to put off drinking local sake, but it's a shame not to drink more of the good stuff 😂.

I bought this sake on a trip to Niigata because of the cute cups 🍶. Now that I've finished it, I use it as a cup for everyday use, along with the Akirika sake cup that I originally had 😳. The taste reminds me of ayu (sweetfish) with a bit of bitterness, and I think it's a perfect summer sake when chilled 😄.

I was told by the liquor store that the wife of the brewery wanted a dry sake that was easy to drink and had it made for her. I actually gave this sake to my father at home, but I had it when I returned home. It's really easy to drink and it's scary lol. It was easy to drink at room temperature 😃. However, I think it would be a bit more appealing if it was heated up 😳...if there's any left lol.

My father recommended this sake from a liquor store, Satoyoya in Uonuma. The owner and the owner are from the same hometown and we had a lot of fun chatting over drinks 😃. Definitely a place I want to stop by when I go back to Niigata! Oh, and the sake was fresh, gorgeous and fruity 🍶. The owner told me it was a little sweet, but it was refreshing so I didn't feel it was that sweet, and my husband, who likes it spicy, was satisfied 🙌

<<<Memories of Toyama No.6 The left side of the photo [KATSUKOMA Junmai] After junmai daiginjo and junmai ginjo, junmai sake is my favorite because it is the roughest, or rather, it shows the most of myself. I love Junmai sake the most because I was able to compare three different types of the same brand, and now I look at the photo and think what a luxury I was given. I am now looking at the photos and thinking how luxurious it was to be able to compare three different types of the same brand.

<<<<Memories of Toyama No.5 The middle of the picture [Katsuma Junmai Ginjo] This time, my family asked me to buy some if we went to Toyama, but I could only buy it under the restriction of one bottle per family. I was baptized by the popularity of Katsuma. was my impression 🙂. I bought it as a souvenir and asked my family not to open it until we drank it together! I'll write about it when I drink it ✍.

<<<Memories of Toyama No.4 The right side of the photo [Katsuma Junmai Daiginjo] Daiginjos, I must say, behave honorably! Everyone would love it! But I, being an innocent person, end up keeping my distance from it... lol. No, it's delicious without any complaints, but I felt again the feeling of wanting a little more of myself that I always feel when I drink daiginjos 😶. I'm going to say it again and again, but it's really good and I would definitely recommend it to people who are not used to drinking it 🍶.

<<<Memories of Toyama No.3 The left side of the photo [TAMAGAKU Junmai Namaishu] This sake was selected by the waiter when I told him that I was a bit strict about taking home a draft sake for this trip and that I like fruity sake. I was surprised. I think I may have found my favorite one in Toyama😍. It tastes exactly like the label, fruity and gorgeous ✨. It tastes just like the Tohachi I had before and I can't wait to drink it again...or maybe next time I'll have to buy some! I'll have to buy a bottle next time!
