I'm going to organize the record of the Toyama Travelogue, which I had not been able to turn to for a long time. My memory is getting a little fuzzy, so these are just notes as far as I can remember. These three sets were given to me by a waiter who said, "I'll make a comparison of your favorite drinks. The first one is the rightmost one [Hayashi]. This is a brand that was chosen by the store staff at my husband's request rather than mine. It was clean and dry and suitable for men.

I bought this bottle on a trip to Toyama. I fell in love with the label at first sight, and the taste was perfect for me😍. It tasted fruity and was very easy to drink ☺️.

Sake bought in Toyama 🍶. I had to buy it ✨. I saw a shelf full of Manjusen at a nice liquor store in a converted warehouse and knew I had to have it ✨. It had a light aftertaste, but it was like a big splash in your mouth 😎. It was a bit like a "wow" feeling 😎. I'll post more of the sake I drank in Toyama 😋.

I said earlier that Shishikarō has a clean aftertaste, but when I compared them, Rokkasen was definitely more refreshing 😌. It was like water. It is a dangerous drink because it is so easy to drink 🍶 lol

I looked it up on the Internet and found out that it was a limited edition. I want to praise my intuition for choosing it without knowing 🤣. It has a clean aroma and a light aftertaste. It's great for the damp weather we've been having lately 😋.

Not too chunky, not too thin. [I wonder if this is what it means to be "plump" 😋. Kamikawa Taisetsu Sake Brewery I saw this mark in Fukuoka and reached for it before the local sake 💦. But I'm happy with it ✨.

Long time no see Nabeshima! It has a fresh apple-like aroma and taste, and the fact that it is slightly carbonated is also good👍. Sake from Saga never disappoints 😆. I mean, Nabeshima was consistently delicious 👏.

A bottle of souvenir. The cut-outs are stylish and I think I would have bought a packet too. It tastes just like a paper cutout? The person drinking it next to me wonders if it's really sake. The person drinking next to me wonders if it's really sake.

It was my first time drinking Saga sake, and it didn't disappoint! I opened it just for a taste, and before I knew it, there were only 2 glasses left 💦. I forgot to take a picture of it, so the next morning I was sad when I realized it was gone.

It's a kind of sake that was drunk in the Edo period. I was curious about it when I was told by the shopkeeper that it tasted like mirin (sweet sake), so I ordered it. It tasted so strong that it was served in a cup instead of a glass. The amber color and the sweet thick taste was just like mirin (sweet sake)! ...I've never had mirin before though 🤣.

I heard it's some kind of very precious alcohol 🤔. Made because of the Corona disaster, something they don't usually make! and the person who bought this one, who was told by the liquor store, is emphatic to me lol. It is refreshing when cold and crisp and dry when heated. It was a delicious sake that could be enjoyed either way 😀.

I got this sake from my parents' house 😋. It was so easy to drink and it went down smoothly. The photo is an empty bottle. I'm familiar with Ruikan because it's my father's hometown, but it's hard to find here, so I'd like to buy some more when I go back 😄.

Recommendation from a friend whose hometown is Okayama! It's the same brewery as tohachi we drank last time 😆. When you open it, you'll hear a pshoo sound, but it's not that carbonated, and it's sweeter than tohachi. But it's not too sticky, and the aftertaste is just a hint, so it's totally good as a food sake 👌👌. This time it matched with dashimaki egg 🍳.

My friend in Okayama recommended Tagaji to me, and of course I bought that as well, but I will have this one from the same brewery first. It tastes great with a little bit of a schwirl. Seems to go with everything✨ It had the sweetness of banana and the freshness of green apple that was described in the store description 🍶. I would buy this again 😆.

Lastly, Soba and fire-roasted buckwheat noodles Slightly sweet with a slight carbonation. It's less carbonated than Morinokaze, but I liked it after the first sip 😆. I was going to finish off with a Shoyuki, but an unexpected encounter made for a great ending!

The moment I drank it, I thought "Sake! was the first word that came out of my mouth🤣. I like to drink yellow sake warmed up (my theory). It was a well-balanced sake, with a slightly dry taste, and no one aroma or sweetness was dominant.
