Sweet, but not overpoweringly aromatic, with no aftertaste!
I heard from the liquor store that the wife of the brewer made this sake for eating Spanish crab tempura? I'm eating it with potato chips because I heard it's a sake made for eating tempura of Spanish crabs, but it still goes well with fried food 👍✨.
I feel like it's a bit of a waste... but in case you're wondering, the potato chips are also a Niigata-only product, so I think it's OK lol.
It seems to be a small brewery and there are only a limited number of bottles sold at liquor stores, so I wonder when I will be able to encounter this sake again 😢😢.
I'm not sure when I'll be able to find this sake again 😢😢😢 I'll drink it again today, even though I'll take good care of it since it's such a precious sake 😏.
