After feeling the slightly tangy carbonation of the raw sake, the sake is fruity and sharp 🍶. It's best to drink it cold! I also bought new sake cups and sake cups today! It's even more delicious now that I have it 👌

I bought the packet and it was the right decision! I decided that the bird label should be yakitori, so I took it out to a local yakitori restaurant and had it with my friends. The savory aroma of the charcoal, the salty flavor, and the sake were a perfect match and I enjoyed it every time I ate or drank it ✨🤤.

I had a junmai ginjo the day before at the hotel, and as one would expect from a junmai ginjo, the first pressing has a fresh aroma and taste that makes it easy to drink. The regular junmai ginjo seemed a little sweet.

It was a honjozo, and it said it was very dry, so I drank it and wondered what it was like! It was mildly sweet, and although I'm not a fan of brewer's alcohol taste, I liked it and wanted to drink it again, so here's a note ✍. I got a few bottles of local sake at the liquor store before coming to the ryokan, so I'm looking forward to it when I get home 🤤.

When I drank it at room temperature, I thought it didn't have any special characteristics, but when I warmed it up, it really came into its own! It's not too dry, but you can still taste the sweetness of the rice, and it's delicious! And it was great when served with crab miso!

I was so impressed with the taste of spring water in Niseko! It's just as delicious as I thought it would be when I drank spring water in Niseko! It says so on the label, but if the water tastes good, there is no doubt about it. It's just like sweet water when drunk cold.

For New Year's sake 🍶. It has a sweetness but goes down smoothly! It's not good for heating up, but even my mom, who doesn't like sake, said "oh, it's so good" so I guess it's easy to drink 👌 It was a gift and I think it was sold out soon after I got it, but I want to drink it again!

I decided to drink Yamahai today, so I made a cut of pickled fish as a snack, and it was a great decision: 🙆‍♀️✨ The dark soy sauce and the dryness of the Yamahai match each other and it's so easy to drink, it's scary lol. The label said it was only available at contract stores, so maybe it's hard to find in Kansai... but I'd love to try the rest of the series 😊.

Third bottle of sake from Iwate 🍶. Got a fresh saké picked out for me at the liquor store, so you can't go wrong! Not just sweet, but fresh tasting 👌. I drank it at room temperature because I didn't have time to chill it, but I could taste the flavors, so it was probably just fine 😋.

I found this sake at a souvenir shop in Morioka station🍶. I thought I could afford it since I'm well over 30 years old, so I bought a few bottles already, but I bought a packet (lol). It tastes sweet and refreshing. Maybe a little more sweet at room temperature! I enjoyed it while thinking that being in one's 30s means one can still enjoy the sweetness in life 😋.

It's not clean, it's not full, it doesn't have a strong aroma, I think fresh is the closest, but I think our fresh has a little more aroma... I don't know. It's so delicious, but I don't know how to tell you how good it is 😭. Anyway, I've had some Snow Kayasha, but so far I like Bishu's design the best!

First time in Iwate! Tonight, I chose a bottle of nama-zake, which was one of the 8 bottles I purchased at a liquor store in Morioka, including the one my parents asked me to buy, and which I was unable to ship. Maybe it is because the store owner told me it tastes fruity and modern, or maybe it is because I had a graduation ceremony the day before, but I feel fresh and like a newcomer, lol. It was a light sake with a touch of sweetness in the lightness, not that it was a slurp, but it was a light sake 😋.

It has brewing alcohol in it and it doesn't say "Honjozo" so I wonder if it's a Ginjo or Daiginjo? It was described as fruity like banana, but it didn't have such a sweet aroma 🙆🙆. I like junmai sake and I don't like to buy sake with brewing alcohol, but this one I bought in the supermarket is okay 🙆🙆.
