Today is the first day off from work after the Obon vacation.
I was busy during the Bon vacation.
Finally, I can have a leisurely lunchtime drink.
Today's drink is Koryu Itchorai.
Sake snacks are bonito, nameko mushrooms, and yakitori (grilled chicken).
When paired with nameko mushrooms, the spiciness and umami of the sake quickly complement the somewhat habitual accompaniments.
It is a delicious food sake.
