This sake is a more refined version of amazake. Sake is a very deep drink, and I had no idea that such a sake existed. It is delicious, but what does it go well with?
Refreshing and refreshing, like waking up crisp and clear. It has a clear, thick mouthfeel, but it is pleasantly smooth. This is delicious. My favorite.
It has a slightly dry but soft mouthfeel, a quiet aftertaste, and a slight lingering richness. It is like a light version of Chun Ying Tian. Not bad at all.
This is delicious, with a not-too-persistent sweetness, a good residual aroma, and just a hint of gorgeousness. This is my favorite of the Seven Sages so far.
Gentle and mildly sweet. The aftertaste is full-bodied and then refreshing. This might go well with Western food. It's not my favorite type so far, but I think it might be a good favorite too.
Moist and gorgeous? Modest sweetness and a good full-bodied aftertaste. It's not too loud in its assertiveness, but it's pleasant to drink with without any habits. Not so strong in the "dantotsu" sense, but a favorite like an important friend.
