It was a gift from a friend, but it was very tasty. I was surprised. I was so surprised that I couldn't find it in a search for "sake-no-wa" (sake wine). It is rich and floral, and I never get tired of drinking it. The color is a little yellowish. I would definitely buy it again if I have a chance. It is my favorite. Cheers to Gujo City, Gifu Prefecture!

Rich, slightly dense spiciness spreads pleasantly, with a sharp pungent aftertaste. It has an alcoholic taste, but it does not bother me too much. The flavor is so strong that you wonder if you will be able to continue drinking it, but the taste continues to be not so noisy. I think it is a taste I have never had before.

Not much complexity, but light on the palate, somewhat floral and delicious. A little sweet? According to a person who says his great-grandfather was a sake brewer, this type of sake is becoming more popular these days.

It has a strong and thick taste. Usually I am a bit overwhelmed by sake, but tonight I was able to drink it at room temperature and feel good about it. Was it because of the strong taste of the snacks, or was it the end of the year? It has been a year of enjoying sake. I wish everyone a happy new year.

This is indeed a smooth, unctuous, and easy to drink sake. A sake for everyday drinking. I chilled it a little too much, but no problem. I'll try a full size next time.
