Unexpectedly, I ended up with otters at a gyoza restaurant in Kanda due to a friend's mistaken order. Aside from its compatibility with gyoza, it was lucky!

Gorgeous, fruity, with a pleasant sweet aftertaste. This is delicious. My favorite.

It is rather thick and alcoholic, and leaves a slight bitterness, but not unpleasant. Not bad, but I can't drink a lot of it.

This is indeed a smooth, unctuous, and easy to drink sake. A sake for everyday drinking. I chilled it a little too much, but no problem. I'll try a full size next time.

A strange sensation. It comes in quickly at first, followed quickly by a richness that is not clingy. Sake is quite high in diversity, isn't it?

Not too sweet, not too spicy, alcoholic? but a natural aftertaste. Gentle and mild. It is not very impressive, but it is an easygoing sake. I will try it again.

I bought it at Sendai station before boarding the Shinkansen. Now I will try it when I am not full.
