Lemon is a good word for it. Of course, it is not as tart as a lemon, but it is like a lemon with the good parts left over, without the harsh acidity. At the airport lounge.

A strange taste. For a moment there is no impression on the palate, but then a dark spiciness appears and leaves the palate. It is like a riddle that makes you want to take another sip. At an airport lounge.

Nice sweetness, light floral aftertaste. Nice full-bodied aftertaste. I found this delicious sake. Cheers in honor of Matsudacho. My favorite.

Lightly floral, mainly sweet, but with a pungent aftertaste. Not much of an aftertaste, but a pleasant lingering aftertaste. It is delicious.

Very smooth and watery. The aftertaste is light in alcohol. It is like an everyday sake that can be drunk with ease.

It was a gift from a friend, but it was very tasty. I was surprised. I was so surprised that I couldn't find it in a search for "sake-no-wa" (sake wine). It is rich and floral, and I never get tired of drinking it. The color is a little yellowish. I would definitely buy it again if I have a chance. It is my favorite. Cheers to Gujo City, Gifu Prefecture!
