There are two Morimin breweries in Miyagi Prefecture,
Moritami is brewed in Sendai City by the main family (Moritami) and in Osaki City by a branch family (Morizumi).
Morizumi is my father's hometown sake, so I drink it every year, but this was my first time drinking this sake, and it was refreshing and easy to drink 😋.
