A 1-goupe bottle that I had gotten at Yamada-san, a sake dealer in Ikebukuro Seibu. I check the small refrigerator near the cash register, which is mainly small bottles, every time I go there. It is Kamerei Mannen from Hiroshima🐢. The classical texture gives it a ginjo-shu feel.

I had wanted to drink it for a long time, but the timing was never quite right... The manager said it was his favorite drink in the restaurant! It is a pale yellow color with silver tints and a hint of green. It has a spicy top note with a hint of alcohol, but the aroma is very refreshing, perhaps because of the acidity. When you drink it, the slightly carbonated texture on the tongue is pleasant. There is not much noticeable aroma, but the acidity gives it a refreshing mouthfeel. It may not have much sweetness to begin with, but the acidity helps to make it dry. Despite its dryness, it has a strong flavor, which is probably due to the strong umami that can be tasted from start to finish. Dry sake is usually considered "spicy," but perhaps because of the strong umami, it does not feel too spicy. Interestingly, it is a sake that does not have much bitterness, which may be why it is so light and easy to drink despite its 17% alcohol content. This is seriously very, very good! I wouldn't say it's for everyone, but I think it's a must-try for sake drinkers who like umami!

We had it cold. The color is a little yellowish. The aroma is sweet, with a lactic acid-like fermentation aroma of Yamahai. The mouthfeel is smooth, smooth, and heavy. The taste is mild at first, but then the juicy lactic acid acidity is strongly felt, with a burnt caramel-like flavor and a heavy grain-like flavor. The aroma on the nose is softly apricot. Sake that I bought as my souvenir when I visited Minamisanriku Town. It has a dry dry taste with (in my opinion) a good amount of miscellaneous flavors typical of junmai sake. You don't feel it as you keep drinking. I participated in a storytelling session about the tsunami damage in Minamisanriku Town. I couldn't believe that a 22-meter tsunami had hit a four-story building along the coast. Even though I actually visited the place, I could not help but feel it when I saw the now calm sea. Hearing about that time always brings tears to my eyes. Perhaps it is because I am from Tohoku. To what extent does "reconstruction" mean?
