GW in Kanazawa! At the Kanazawa Sake Brewery in Kanazawa Station, we came across a dream machine that allowed us to sample sake for 100 or 300 yen (P.S.) Naturally, we took the challenge. The description said it was dry, but I prefer raw sake, so I chose this one. I tasted it thinking it might be a fruity type, but it was a clear dry sake that would go well with sashimi and other dishes. I appreciate free tastings, but I feel somewhat guilty about it, so this kind of reasonably priced tasting is very helpful and encourages me to try different kinds. I tasted three other types of sake here, and all of them seemed dry to me. I have an image that Ishikawa's sake is basically dry.

Tonight, our first series of impactful jackets here 💁. It's Taxi Driver🚕🚕🚕🚕. It was shipped from the brewery in April this year, but what a H30BY (R0BY) and it's a 5 year aged sake 😆. The aroma of old sake, which also smells like Shaoxing wine, is in full swing from the moment the bottle is opened 🤣. It was served cold, but it is easy to drink because of its acidity. It would be good to drink it warmed up in the fall. ☺️ I wonder if it would go well with Chinese food since it has a Shaoxing sake-like flavor, and I'm going to research how to drink it based on other sakewa reviewers 💪. But it's a very intoxicating drink so I'll stop after one cup 😓.

First drink. Weak fruity feeling that I didn't imagine from the label that has impact. But it is also full. There is a miscellaneous taste (my personal feeling) like the Yamahai brewing style with low rice polishing, but it is a moderate level, so I feel it is unique. It has just the right amount of sweetness to satisfy my preference for sweetness. I enjoyed it with a plate of delicious sashimi (´ω).

I jumped on a label I'd never seen before and neglected to check the date, and found out that it was February 💦. I drank it cold. Not much Uitatekoso, but there is a slight graininess, with a hint of alkaloa. No mature-like aroma. The mouthfeel flows smoothly on the tongue, and the taste is full and full of rice flavor with a sense of maturity. The aroma that passes through the nose is a little matured, so it has matured a bit. But it just has an autumn-aged look to it 🤣. As the label on the back of the bottle says it is slightly dry, there is a bit of spiciness at the end, but I don't mind it too much because the umami is very strong. The high alcohol content makes it easy to drink, but it comes back with a thud later. I would like to try a freshly brewed sake once.
