We had Takasago from Kiyamasa Shuzo 😀.
It was completely different from Jikan. I'm not sure if I'd drink it with refrigeration, or if the aroma would be milder. No? I'm not sure if it's too acidic or not when I drink it 🤔. I didn't like it, so I heated it up and it turned into a different kind of sake. I found the heated Takasago to be delicious 😀.
