This is a sake that the young brewer of Kanbokuto Shuzo challenged to make Junmai Ginjo sake with Gin no Sato and No.7 yeast. It is said to be a limited edition.
It has a fruity aroma, a moderate acidity, and a freshness and sweetness that is easy to drink.
I often visit the Kanbokuto Sake Brewery and have this sake as my personal favorite sake, but compared to the other sake on sale, the taste is so different that you would think it is from a different brewery.
