I'm not privy to the specs, but I hear it's less than 30 per cent polished 🤩.
But it's good and cosy 👍I heard they don't use much sake rice though.
It's usually sweet, tasty, bitter and well-balanced 😋.

It is said to be very polished, but the specs are not disclosed in case you are interested!
