Smells like pineapple.
It is delicious. The juiciness, bitterness, and robust umami, the pineapple-like acidity and flavor, the refined sugary sweetness, and the rice flavor that reminds you that sake is made from rice are all present in the final stages, with the bitterness spreading and lingering for a long time. After having enjoyed Omachi Jungin before, this time I tried Rikuwada Junmai Nama, and when I opened the bottle, the fruity aroma...sweetness, good bitterness in the aftertaste...well balanced...it's just great! No bitterness at all....delicious ๐...rather than a food sake ๐ถ, you can sip this sake ๐ถ as it is...with the usual "tuna kamatoro" from my dad's place.... I'm enjoying it...

Thin rose-like smell, apple as the temperature rises.
It is thick. There is a sense of sweetness and rice that is not too assertive. When you try to swallow it, you feel as if the taste has disappeared, and then there is a bitter taste on your tongue.
I don't know what it is, but it makes my meal go further than usual. It is delicious!

Day 3. Strong smell of floral blue fruits and a little bit of alcohol.
