Next, here is a bottle from ‼️ that was Miyajima's recommendation for the Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai. ‼️ To be honest, I can't really tell the difference 😅 although the richness of the orikagarami is better. I just keep reaching for the ogara-mi 😆. Maybe it's the bitterness that makes it better for eating 😋. Either way it's delicious, so this comparison is a lot of fun ‼️4

I was drawn to the limited edition label because it seems that from this year they have changed from Daiginjo to Junmai Daiginjo 😁. The aroma is gorgeous 🥰The mouthfeel is smooth 😊The sweetness is moderate but the flavor is beautiful and firm 😘The acidity is sharp to finish 😍This was a very delicious sake.

I bought this sake to try a sake from Shinshu, a region I was not familiar with. After purchasing it, I checked the label on the back to see what the specs were. ⁉️...no label. It looks like it was removed 😅. Takizawa is a mysterious sake. It had a clear sweetness with a strong rice flavor and a nice aroma 😆.

When you drink it, a pleasant gaseous sensation spreads in your mouth, and you feel a sense of transparency, melon-like aroma, tangy acidity, rising umami, and sweetness that seems to accompany the taste. From the mid-palate, the acidity becomes more apparent, and the aftertaste is washed away with a pleasant bitterness. When the corkage is twisted, a milky aroma is added and the aroma is strong. When you drink it, you can feel the taste of lees and the complexity of the flavor comes out while the gaseous feeling remains the same.
