Tonight, here's another favorite brand 💁. Takachidai Takagami Aoban 2023BY It's been a long time since I've had a sake with alcohol, and while all Takagusuku's are delicious, this Aoban is the first one in my house 🙌 They also released a four-pack bottle this season, which I'm very thankful for ☺️ Now, from the aroma, there is a fresh fruity aroma of muscat and lychee, and the mouthfeel has a pleasant balance of fruity sweetness and acidity 😊 It is very tasty with a softness and lightness that does not make you feel like it is alsodeye 😋😋😋😋😋😋.

It's been a while since I had my first Suiroku Miyamanishiki sake. The aroma is not that great, but when you put it in your mouth you think it's sweet and refreshing. I opened it when I was drunk 😅. Freshly brewed with Miyamanishiki from Nagano Prefecture. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good. The color is milky white. The smell is mild, with a hint of flowers. The taste is fruity, but not too sweet. It has a nice umami taste with a slight sourness and bitterness in the aftertaste. You can feel the alcohol quite a bit, it's 17 degrees, so it's thick. It is easy to drink on the rocks with ice. I think it tastes better if you drink it this way. It has a refreshing, dry, gassy flavor that pairs well with 🍖 meat dishes and Chinese and other oily dishes 😋~.

I asked the lady at the store to recommend a new arrival, and since Hayashi was not yet available, I bought a bottle of Kurobe Pincer from the same brewery 😚. The aroma is not so much but a little peachy 🍑? It is fresh on the palate with a gentle sweetness and rice flavor 🌾😋 It is a delicious sake that finishes with a bit of an alkali aftertaste 😆👍✨.

When I go to this liquor store, I can't stop looking at different things. There are both hi-seasoned and draft Morishima's Omachi and Yamadanishiki, and there are several Nozomis... In the end, I narrowed it down to one bottle and chose this one. This is the first time I drink Koshinohomare at home. As for the rice, some stores say they use Takananishiki and others say Koshikagura, but which is it? Fresh, gassy and fruity. Juicy, like apple or pineapple. I was surprised at how delicious it was.

This Sake is bright and flavorful. There is a sweetness followed by the tartness of grapefruit. There is also a hint of banana. The acidity gives this a short and clean finish. Brilliant! 😁

Junmai-Ginjo sake with 50% polishing ratio This sake is brewed by blending Kyokai 1801 and the original ginjo yeast, Kyokai 901. It has a fruity, gorgeous aroma and a pleasant sweetness that spreads in the mouth. Delicious! The label is said to have been designed with a snowflake "Grandpa Sujimaki" of the famous mountain, Yoneyama, which announces the rice planting season in Kashiwazaki, on a label with a texture of textiles associated with the hemp and silk textiles that are famous in Echigo. Stylish!

Rice used is Yamae Nishiki It is supposed to be a sake that goes well with mushrooms, but in the end I did not pair it with mushrooms. However, it has a gentle sweetness, and it was just plain delicious. It also had a mushroom-like flavor, though it was only vaguely. Bitter and astringent tastes are close to that. It's a sweet sake, juicy, but clear and elegant on the palate. It was well balanced and certainly seemed to go well with mushroom dishes.

It is a regular sake from Shigaizumi 🍶. The aroma is slightly sweet on the nose. It has a moderate sweetness and a hint of acidity in the mouth. Delicious with pickled red turnip 😊. The third and fourth pictures show the Shigaizumi brewery, about a 10-minute walk from Nakano Matsukawa Station on the Nagano Electric Railway Nagano Line. At the factory in the back, they were bringing in sake rice.
