Today I got a limited edition Junmai Daiginjo from Ting today 😀.
I was drawn to the limited edition label because it seems that from this year they have changed from Daiginjo to Junmai Daiginjo 😁.
The aroma is gorgeous 🥰The mouthfeel is smooth 😊The sweetness is moderate but the flavor is beautiful and firm 😘The acidity is sharp to finish 😍This was a very delicious sake.
