🏠 Drinking ( -̀ -́ )୨⚑︎゛ I didn't care for the aroma. Crisp ‼️ and no bitterness. Maybe a light acidity when paired with veggies😊. For the entrée... Yakitori with sauce made with rice wine 🐓. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it with vegetables Rice used, Miyamanishiki Yeast, Kyokai 701 Alcohol 13%. Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.

I thought it was a Toyama sake, but it turned out to be an Edo sake. The acidity is strong, and there is a refreshing summery flavor. The bitter and spicy aftertaste is also good. The overall balance is not bad. Sake from Tokyo is not to be underestimated ❗️

［Fukui Spring New Sake Festival (9) The event was coming to an end with a series of sake from Ishikawa. We decided to try something a little different and had a drink here 🍶. Hayaseura Special Junmai Sake "Umi-no-Otoko This is an old sake that has been stored in the brewery for 3 years and was served warmed 😁. The aroma of rice flavor, the gentle texture on the tongue, the impact of the flavor at the back of the throat, the warm aftertaste of heated sake, and the bitter taste at the back of the throat at the end........ It is a "man of the sea" respecting fishermen who work at sea, and I feel that it is strongly made to go well with local fatty seafood and salty preserved food 😋. Rice used is Miyamanishiki I didn't find it too harsh, but my partner, who prefers a gorgeous sweet taste, found it too much for his palate. It is true that the alcohol taste comes first, and the mouthfeel is not smooth. As the day goes by, the corners are removed and it becomes more moderate, so it might be better to go out with it slowly, but I don't dislike it in this way.

Morimoto Morimoto Junmai Sake "Hatsu-no-Takimikiri 2022". This is my first time to drink this brewery. It was a delicious one 🍶🎶 and served chilled. It is a dark, umami, spicy sake, but as the temperature returns to normal, the sweetness and sourness come through. I think it is a good sake at room temperature or warmed. All of Shizuoka Prefecture's sake is delicious.
