I saw Sanad and Nemuchi rave about this brand a long time ago, and it was on my list of things to drink. The sweet and gentle aroma is pleasant. It has a pleasant sweetness in the mouth and a long, lingering spiciness after swallowing. It has a strong alcoholic taste and a rather robust flavor. This is one of my favorite types 😋. It is good with simmered dishes in Japanese cuisine. It has a wide range of dishes that can be matched with western food as well👍.

This is a gift from an acquaintance, a long aged honjozo. It has a beautiful amber color with a good balance between the full flavor of the rice and the aroma like Shaoxing wine, and it goes well with strong meals.

The last of the Saga Sake is Ko-Imari Actually I drank 2 kinds of Aizu Homare before Ko-Imari😅 I searched for it and found out that it is an Imari limited sake! The sweetness is quite strong. It's a bit heavy sweetness. I think the sweetness is stronger than other Ko-Imari sake I have had. I would like to drink some raw sake of this if there is such a thing.

I bought a rare pre-natural sake that I was curious about when I saw Mariponnu's post. And it was an active nigori 🌟. It was supposed to be a spouting caution, but the liquid level didn't come up at all and the bottle opened quietly😁. When poured into a glass, it is quite solid and nigori. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. It's also very juicy and gassy. I thought for a moment that I could drink it quickly and easily after a bath... I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good for you. It was a bit like makgeolli, so I served it with kimchi and Korean seaweed and it was a great match 😆😆. I'm sure it would go well with grilled meat too😋.

When I go to this liquor store, I can't stop looking at different things. There are both hi-seasoned and draft Morishima's Omachi and Yamadanishiki, and there are several Nozomis... In the end, I narrowed it down to one bottle and chose this one. This is the first time I drink Koshinohomare at home. As for the rice, some stores say they use Takananishiki and others say Koshikagura, but which is it? Fresh, gassy and fruity. Juicy, like apple or pineapple. I was surprised at how delicious it was.

This Sake is bright and flavorful. There is a sweetness followed by the tartness of grapefruit. There is also a hint of banana. The acidity gives this a short and clean finish. Brilliant! 😁

Junmai-Ginjo sake with 50% polishing ratio This sake is brewed by blending Kyokai 1801 and the original ginjo yeast, Kyokai 901. It has a fruity, gorgeous aroma and a pleasant sweetness that spreads in the mouth. Delicious! The label is said to have been designed with a snowflake "Grandpa Sujimaki" of the famous mountain, Yoneyama, which announces the rice planting season in Kashiwazaki, on a label with a texture of textiles associated with the hemp and silk textiles that are famous in Echigo. Stylish!

This is a special Junmai Nama Genshu with a rice polishing ratio of 60%. First of all, the fruity ginjo aroma that is typical of freshly squeezed sake is a nice touch. Long time no post! Took me a while to drink 2 squares 🤣. I bought it at my usual Marunaka Ohashi Shoten. I let it sleep in the refrigerator. The price was 1,396 yen (720ml) I'll be back soon! I love the fruity scent💕. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's worth it. It's a good sake that's easy to drink, but you can still taste the sweetness and flavor of the rice. It's a dangerous sake for someone like me who is weak in alcohol. Today's pairing is Daikon and Chicken Teriyaki. It's good as a single item, but it's also recommended as a sake for a meal. Hiyaoroshi is the best👍.
