Good evening, it's 18 Mori from Okayama prefecture in your first series ✨. We've had a few Asahi rice sakes, but what about this one? First, before the ogara-mi, the pinapple and the gas are combined with an impressive bitterness on the back end 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋. After the ogara-mi, it is silky and full-bodied and even more delicious 🤗 The rice is different, but it's somewhere between Kahayohaku and Sanchi 💮.

The 2nd meeting of Kansai Off-line Meeting Year-End Party ✌️. Around this time, tables were filled with Hormone Yakisoba is delivered one after another 🤣. And Shirokuma sake 🐻❄️! It's a light cloudy sake. Aroma is fruity but slightly dry ❄️. Easy to drink even when chatting easy to drink and easy to drink 😋.

Shirokuma Shirokuma - Winter light nigori - 720ml Rice: Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol: 16%. I opened a bottle of Hatsuzakura because my wife said it was too strong. It is soft and a little bit sweet. It is very different from the other two bottles that were made with a cloudy rice that looked like porridge. I would like to drink the animal series throughout the year 😊.

2) Matsuura Ichi Sake Brewery ✨9th Omachi Summit Ginjo-Shu Category Honorable Mention ✨. Made with up to 50% polished Omachi from Akaban! Now, a sip...hmmm...this one is delicious too! Mild aroma 😳👍 Refreshing in the mouth with a touch of acidity. The umami is also great!

It is a very crisp junmai sake with a good acidity level. It has a rich and expansive flavor. It is more crisp when heated. When heated, the umami is moderate and you can taste the astringency. I served it with chilled tofu, and it really brings out the flavor of the chilled tofu. Even if you don't serve it with cold tofu, you can still enjoy the taste. I often drink dry sake, so I think it is dry by my standards. I often drink dry sake, so I think it is dry by my standards, but it is a very good sake! Mr. Ota was in Shinjuku again! I still admire Golden Gai!

The purpose of my visit to Kawanishi Sake Sales was this. Although it is not written on the label, the sake was labeled as unfiltered raw sake at the store. Unlike the label, it is fruity and modern. It has a refreshing and light taste, but the second half is a bit dry. It has a slightly gaseous taste. It is a bit like Eiko-Fuji, but a little spicier. I wrote it in a subtle way, but it is quite tasty with a good sweetness and flavor. I would like to try the Junmai Ginjyo Nama as well. I think it tastes better after the second day than on the first day.

Good evening! 😀 It's June and the weather is like a cold rainy season, so I don't know what to wear 😅. Tomorrow, it's going to be 2 degrees lower than today. I wonder if the weather will continue to be so bad 😱. The general meeting at the end of last month was held at a local grand hotel, and the sake used was Nanafukujin Junmai from the Kiku no Tsukasa Sake Brewery. The sake used was Nanafukujin Junmai by Kikunoji Sake Brewery. It is not sticky-sweet, but rather light and easy to drink. If the sake is not made with the same level of care and attention as the all-you-can-drink sake, more and more people will leave the sake industry, and short-term tricks will not be effective these days. I enjoyed it very much! Thank you 😁.

Three of my high school classmates and I sometimes have a drink at Noge in Yokohama. This is an extra edition of that. So, 7 of my classmates and I went to Enoshima for a drink. The first thing we did was to compare the two types of shirasu, which is the reason we went to Enoshima in the first place. Which is better, fresh shirasu or kama-age shirasu? Opinions were divided, and my classmate, who favored raw shirasu, went to a restaurant that he said had the best raw shirasu in Enoshima (but let's not talk about the shirasu). (But let's not talk about the shirasu.) (But let's not talk about the salmon.) We drank Nanafukujin. The sake was from Iwate, which was purchased as part of Tohoku's earthquake recovery efforts, and it seems to have stuck with them. First time drinking it. A little sweet, but refreshing. Easy to drink sake Quite tasty 😋. I drank some other sake, but no pictures! (Last photo: Enoshima Beer) After this, we went sightseeing in Enoshima, one more seafood restaurant, and then had food from the kitchen car on the terrace, and finished up with Italian food! As usual, we drank and ate too much! But we walked a bit, so it's okay 😝.

1.8L 4100 yen, 15% alcohol by volume, 55% rice polishing ratio, sake degree +6, acidity 1.3, purchased yesterday at Kami Sake Shop in Aomori City. Aomori Prefecture has a few official bottles, but Iwate and Miyagi prefectures have few. It is easy to drink and sweet at first, but the dryness slowly spreads and finishes later.

Purchased at a liquor store in Nagoya City. The slightly pungent aroma in the sweetness bothered me, but it is a delicious sake with the characteristic toromi and sweetness of kijo-zake. 720ml 2,750 yen including tax ⭐︎3

Since ancient times, people used to throw beans on Setsubun day👹. Before we know it, the custom of eating ehoumaki (rolls wrapped in rice wrapped in eho-maki) has has taken root. Tonight is the moon after the rain. When I open the door, I hear a cheerful sound. The feeling of tight gas 🫧. Aroma like sweet sake Clean sweetness and sharpness ⚡. When you mix the lees, the lactobacillus feeling becomes more intense at once ✨. Light, low-alcoholic taste, so you can gobble it up 😋.

Citrusy acidity with white malted rice. Light sweetness like white wine. It has a refreshing aftertaste. It is easy to pair with meals, especially fish. Sake rice is Ginpu from Hokkaido, and the rice polishing ratio is 50%. The alcohol content is a little light at 14 degrees Celsius.

It is the first Kamikawa Taisetsu. I was attracted by the white koji and bought it. The aroma is of citrus and lactic acid, with some caramel. In the aftertaste, there is a touch of vinegar. So, of course, the sourness is dominant. There is also sweetness, but it is characterized by a sharp acidity. The aftertaste is also sour. The umami is mixed in there. Rather than being crisp, it is a very drinkable sake. It is surprising that it is low alcohol and white malt. It can be fully enjoyed alone.
