The top-tasting aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma, but there is a sense of bitter alcohol in the back.
The mouthfeel is clean, sweet and delicious, with a clear sake quality and no unpleasant alcohol taste, making it a quintessential expensive sake. It also has a nice sharpness from the mild bitterness.
