KANKOUME Animal Label Series. Junmai Ginjyo Usu Nigori (light nigori) Nama-shu with "Shirokuma" label! Slightly meek purchase😅. Gentle first impression with a fruity aroma. The refreshing acidity and light spiciness spread afterwards, and the finish was refreshing. The slightly darker flavor, the slight nigori-yamami, and the crunchiness that is only possible with nama-zake make it the perfect sake to enjoy during a meal. I think it can be enjoyed with both Japanese and Western cuisine.

I bought this sake because of its cute label. I have seen this sake before, but this was my first time drinking it. I don't often drink light cloudy sake, so it was new to me! I drank it after taking a bath, so... It has a slight sourness and sweetness, and is slightly carbonated. I drank it in one gulp after another... It was delicious.

Polar Bear ~~ 🐻‍❄️🍶 The aroma has a slight melon feeling, and the juicy sweetness is amazing in the mouth! There is a slight tingle left in the mouth, but I personally thought the colder it was, the better it tasted and the better it would go with fried food 🍶🍈.

I'm drinking it alone. I was given a freshly opened bottle, so it has a nice, slightly fizzy, shiny taste. Is it rather sweet? It's lightly cloudy and gentle. I like it. I would like to see labels of other animals. Accompanied by beef stew of Matsuzaka beef.
