This is a Noto sake made from a rice called Ishikawa-mon, which I have not had very often.
The aroma is modest, with a melon-like ginjo aroma.
The attack is relatively smooth with moderate acidity and sugar, but later one can taste alcohol-derived sweetness and bitterness.
It has a good balance and is easy to drink. It is best as a food sake.
