Chiyoroku given to me by a friend. It's my first time 🙌 It's a junmai daiginjo, but it's so refreshing and easy to drink 😆. It has a moderate sweetness and a slight bitterness with a nice sharpness. The alcohol content is 16%, but you don't feel it at all😅. It was a very light summer sake 😆.

I have always been curious about this sake. First, let's take a sip. Smells more like candy than fruit. Banana cake, lychee, yogurt, freshly baked pound cake, very ripe peaches. No sign of activity. However, I like it this much better now. Other doburoku seems to take a little more getting used to. The rice mash is not that strong and has a mouthfeel similar to muddy sake.
