🏠 Drinking ( -̀ -́ )୨⚑︎゛ I didn't care for the aroma. Crisp ‼️ and no bitterness. Maybe a light acidity when paired with veggies😊. For the entrée... Yakitori with sauce made with rice wine 🐓. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it with vegetables Rice used, Miyamanishiki Yeast, Kyokai 701 Alcohol 13%. Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.

I went back to my wife's parents' home in Saku for Obon. The restaurant that was not open during the sake brewery tour last GW. It was later damaged in a fire. This sake was brewed with the support of the Kurosawa Sake Brewery. This is the first time I have had this sake. It is a crisp, dry, and beautiful sake. I hope the brewery will be restored.

Tonight, our first in the series, Aizu Otokoyama Kai from Fukushima Aizu ✨. First of all, the specs are 100% Fukunoka with Jungin polish and 16% alcohol. The aroma is clear with a hint of pineapple and a mojito-like flavor in the second half. The attack is soft and sweet just like the aroma, but soon the acidity and bitterness overtake it and it has a nice crisp finish 👍 It is perfect as a mealtime drink and is very easy to drink without feeling too much alcohol 😋.

Otokoyama Brewery is located in Aizumisato-cho, Onuma-gun, Fukushima Prefecture, which is different from Kaito Otokoyama. The brewery was dormant for a while, but has restarted again. It is a fresh, raw ogara-mi sake. It is slightly carbonated and tastes great with the bitterness of the oli.

We went to the Visitor Center of Akashi Sake Brewery~. We had the B set (500 yen) of paid tasting at the restaurant. Junmai Ginjo-genshu Hukunohana and Gohyakumangoku. And the spirits Nori Spi. The seaweed spice was terrible. It was clear and colorless, but it was a black seaweed-flavored liquid (laugh). After the tasting, I brought back Fucunohana. It is said to taste like wasanbon. Wasanbon is often used to describe sake. I have never consciously eaten it. I wonder how it tastes. I will have it with cold sake. Oh, I see~! It is an elegant sweetness. I am sure this is the taste of wasanbon~! There is no fruity feeling. Rather, it has an exaggeratedly seaside atmosphere. I think it goes well with seafood dishes. I was surprised at the bill for this bottle! What a surprise! If you buy the sake you tasted, you get your guts back for the tasting fee. It was a great deal!

I've had Kanazawa-ya from the same brewery at an outing, but this is my first time drinking it. I had never heard of rice called "Takaneminori" before. It has a fresh aroma with a hint of cemedine. The impression is that it fades out after a pause from the refreshing feeling, followed by a gutsy sweet flavor. It is a new sake, but it has a strong umami.
