From the Itami Laematsu Sake Brewery, established in 1688, we drank "Laematsu" Itamigo Special Honjozo, a highly prestigious sake for the Shogun. It has the flavor of honjozo and a smooth throat.
It is also good as heated sake.
A joint sake brewing song was performed.
The song was sung in slightly different tunes at each brewery.
It was a nice touch.
The symbol of Kobe, the Port Tower🗼, is closed for renovation work.

Local Itami Sake in Tohoku
We wanted to do this once.
We brought okaki (Japanese crackers) as snacks.
It's nice to have a familiar local taste plus the feeling of traveling!
After the bitter taste, a subtle aroma spreads in your mouth!
It goes well with the soy sauce flavored Okaki, but I'm worried about the sugar content 😭

Old pine is a sweet sake. This sweet sake is delicious.
