I had a good thing, so I left this in the refrigerated room, which has become a dedicated temperature for cooling sake, just in case something good happened. The carbonated bubbles were large (I personally prefer a smaller one), Anyway, it was easy to drink and tasted so good that I drank it right up. I could taste it, but it was so easy to drink. I don't know how to register when the sake crocodile didn't have a brewery name... lol. But it was delicious so I'll leave it in my history. It is a Hiroshima sake. It has a nice aroma and I was allowed to drink it freshly opened in a wine glass. It was a bit strong and the sake flavor was strong. It is recommended to drink it cold.

First summer sake of the year 🍶. I wasn't there, but they opened the bottle the day I went and said the bottle bounced to the ceiling when they opened it. This size is a refreshing and easy-drinking sake that could be opened by about 4 people at once, and I thought I would stock up on the smaller sizes in the coming months with the priority of keeping it fresh.
