#Nagasaki Goto Town# w river/o/pine/hori/fuku/yama I visited with a customer from Hokuriku. To compete with them with seafood, We consulted with them in advance about "Uchiwa Shrimp" caught in Hirado, Nagasaki. We consulted with them in advance and asked them to secure it for us at the market. We had them as sashimi. It was like a smaller horseshoe crab. They were very pleased 😁. Now for the 🍶... For a moment, I thought it would be dry. I thought it was dry, I felt sweetness. The freshness goes well with sashimi. The shrimp was served in miso soup later 🎉.

The second cup is a local sake from Tsushima, which is also rarely seen in the Kansai region. The rice flavor gently spreads in this drink, which I never get tired of drinking. Tsushima is another place I would like to visit someday.

[Fukui Spring New Sake Festival (6) Next, visitors can enjoy a glass of sake from their own local brewery. Hanashoku Junmai Daiginjo Betsuatsurae The aroma is like grapes with a hint of sourness, the mouthfeel is clean and sweet with a pleasant aftertaste, and there is a lingering bitterness in the back of the throat. I bought some salted sea urchin, which is a perfect match for sake, but is usually hard to find. The taste was so agonizing that it made me want to drink more sake. I think if I recommend [salted sea urchin] to people outside of the prefecture, they will be puzzled how to eat it 🤔.

This month we had a lot of drinking outside, so it's been a while since I've had a drink at home! I got a bottle of summer sake "Kashoku", which is rarely seen even in my hometown, because there was some left at the liquor store! The mouthfeel is sweet with a refreshing acidity, and the mellow aroma lingers until the end. It seems that more emphasis is placed on the mellow aroma than on the refreshing taste! Although it is a summer sake, it is a perfect bottle for long nights in autumn. I felt it has the potential to be as good as many dishes in the autumn season of taste.

Year-end party, bring your own series 4, Hokuriku version. This is delicious. Japan and Hokuriku are very big. [Sakahomare is an original sake rice developed by Fukui Prefecture. It is very rare to find because of its small production. For this occasion, I went to Fukui to buy it. Sakahomare seems to be used for daiginjo, and many of them are expensive. If you don't consider the cost, it is really delicious. It has a mild aroma and elegant rice flavor. It is like a good sake, and the second and third cups are always better. In Fukui, there is also rice for rice called "Ichihomare," which is also delicious.

I had the 2nd day off after the New Year, but I worked from the 3rd to the 6th, including the night shift. I also went home to my family, so I went to a hot spring to work out and had my annual drink at my parents' house 😁. Snow Kirara ARA-SHIBORI [The top clear liquid.] Aroma of mellow rice flavor, fresh and smooth taste, sweetness, and a lingering aftertaste of freshness and alcohol, and finally bitterness on the tongue. [Nigori] Aroma of rich rice aroma, mellow sweetness, and a refreshing aftertaste. The impactful taste is followed by a refreshing aftertaste, just like the people who received this as a gift, just like the "gari" (pickled ginger) in sushi 🤣. Once you get used to drinking it, the mellow sweetness is irresistible! So, what shall I do this year🤔? I have the urge to visit various places in Japan, and I've been encouraged by the people at the Kansai Sake-no-wa Off-line meeting, so I'm thinking vaguely about organizing an Off-line meeting in the Hokuriku block ✨. If you have any comments or opinions, I would appreciate it if you could let me know 😀. The 4th picture is the first crescent moon of the year seen through a break in the clouds 🌛.

Snow Kirara was a summer gift from a colleague. I have never had this sake before, but I thought the size, the font on the label, the color, and the total cuteness of the sake 🩷. It was very easy to drink in this summer heat👍.

I had received this sake at a New Year's party at Maguchi in G-machi and bought it because it was delicious. Maybe it's because we share the same Fussa, or maybe it's just a preconceived notion, but I can't help but feel that it is somewhat similar to Tama Boast. Is it a peculiar sweetness? I drank it after Zao Miyamanishiki, so when I compared the two, the sweetness of Zao was clear and transparent, which I personally prefer.

Shimane Local Sake Fair Osaka ③. Ichinomiya Sake Brewery of Iwami Ginzan and Rika. I had bought Yukika at Hanshin Department Store in Amagasaki in the past. I found out that it was Mr. Rika, the toji (master brewer), who was standing in the store at that time😅. I tasted the following Iwami Ginzan Special Junmai Hiyoshi Oroshi Rika Junmai Ginjo Kaihatanryu Ichitunya TANE Nama-zake Yukika Sparkling None of them left much of an impression on me, but I thought the Yukika was as tasty as ever. It was sweet and strong, like a strong calpis soda. I would like to try it again because Sugidama-san in Kyoto sells Iwami Ginzan.

A bowl of oden at an oden shop in Shizuoka Station. I had no idea about this brand. The best part of traveling is being able to drink this kind of local sake with local food 😆. A little sweet and full, with a clean dry finish. It is not flashy, but there is no alcohol feeling that lingers in the throat and it is very smooth to drink 😄. It goes great with Shizuoka oden, which is a thick, dark broth with fishmeal, and if we weren't on a family trip, we would be drinking it endlessly 😅.... Also, I had a local B gourmet dish called "Motsuru Curry" for the first time, which was also very tasty👍👍!

Junmai one-cup of Koyoromo. This is the first time to drink Koyoromo. It is an orthodox Junmai sake, not heavy and refreshing, but it also has a hidden luster. I see that the brewery makes all of its sake from junmai sake. The label is Hiroshige's 53 Stages of the Tokaido, Nisaka.

@sakebar Fukuzo Fire-brewed sake using Fukuoka Prefecture's original yeast called F44. Slightly sweet aroma of 🍍 on the nose. The palate is slightly sweet with a hint of 🍍. The aroma is as if it was made with hana-yosuyu in mind. However, the aroma is weak because it is fire-aged. The sweetness is also weak due to the weak aroma. I am a little curious to see how it would be like if it were a fresh sake. It was delicious ✨🍍.
