@Koriyama Iando After having a drink in Omiya, I got tired of going back to Tokyo, so I jumped on the 🚄 and went to Koriyama. I decided to have a quick bite in front of the station, but it was crowded everywhere, so I went to a new restaurant that I found. They have a good selection of local sake, and I chose "Yuri", which I had never had before, and it is from the same brewery as Aizu Nakasho! I heard that this sake is brewed by a mother and daughter who are both sake brewing technicians! It has a soft sweetness at first, but eventually it becomes slightly dry and pleasant to drink. It is very easy to drink, which is impressive and delicious.

Moderate gassiness Slight pineapple and rice malt overtones The same full aroma, firm rice flavor, and mild sweetness as the topping, along with a small amount of citrus-like acidity, spread out with a pizzazz, and are quickly quenched by the slight spiciness and assertive bitterness of the alcohol. For a junmai daiginjo, the aroma is subdued, and the umami and richness of the rice can be felt, giving the sake a solid impression. It goes well with meals and is also delicious on its own. It went well with homemade hamburgers, fried oysters from Aono Suisan, fried horse mackerels, and crab cream croquettes. At home. Fukuju after a long time. I visited Kobe Shu-shin-kan and bought this sake as it was recommended. Bright red bottle. The aroma is fruity and the taste is sweet and spicy on the palate. Although the alcohol content is 17%, it is a refreshingly tasty and easy-to-drink gem. It was a quintessential Fukuju. It was a warm day and we were able to visit the restaurant just as the cherry blossoms were falling.

From the jacket, I thought it would be a light, dry, smooth and elegant type 🤔. When I drank it, I found it to be medium dry with a solid richness and flavor... 😋 I felt like we suddenly became friends🎶. Sauteed peppers with salted kelp (salted kelp flavor), turban shells in a jar, goes well with a variety of Japanese food😻 It's also a great gift 👍✨.

The Nouveau chosen by the owner this year was expensive... but he said he had no choice because of the weak yen and the international situation.

It says Gotenzakura in small letters on the lower left corner of the front label, but I was told that it was a PB from a local liquor store. Sake made with LED dream yeast from Tokushima🍶. The aroma on the nose is gorgeous and fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the smooth sweetness and umami. It also has a fruity overtone. This sake has a good aroma. It was delicious 🍶✨.

Saito Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in the city of Tokushima The classic storefront is intriguing. A brewery like this should have a bottle of Junmai I love the classic Showa-era label. The taste of Junmai rice is full but not cloying. fullness of Junmai rice, but not cloying. Just the right amount of saltiness. The sake went down smoothly at room temperature. It was gone before I knew it. It is a Junmai that is unadorned and goes along with your daily life, But it is a junmai that we are obsessed with.
