Shizuku-tori sake from my humble favorite, Ikumidoi-san. The aroma is gently fruity. It is berry-like with acidity. The mouthfeel is gentle, but the volume expands with both sweetness and dryness. It has a very beautiful structure with a disappearing aftertaste. A good sake for stand-alone drinking. I think it would also work well as a heated sake, perhaps because of the image of Ikumichii 👌.

Representative brands are Yuki Kirara and Hyakkibune. ◉Yuki Kirara Sakahomare Junmai Daiginjo The flavor is citrusy, acidic, and slightly reminiscent of yogurt. It is quite likeable and delicious. It is a small brewery with only three people working on it, but they will be awarded the Kura Master Platinum in 2023 for this sake. When I drink Sakahomare, I often associate it with yogurt with citrus.

I was curious about this sake when I saw it on Sake no Wa before. It was given to me as a present by chance. It has a spreading umami and a bitter finish. It was a delicious sake. The "Recommended for you" list has become full of Hokkaido sake 😀.
