Today is a holiday. The weather is nice, so we went out for drinking (in the garden). I bought a bottle of Shizen-go Sawayaka at the liquor store! The price of a bottle of Shizen-Go is 2200 yen! I also picked up a 500 yen bottle of tuna off the inside at the supermarket, and we're going to drink it while admiring the dandelions! The taste is fruity, like the Shizenkou we drank the other day, but with a clean and slightly dry taste. It goes well with meals, and I would call it a fainting spell. Considering its cost performance, this may be the best!

Purchased at a liquor store in Nakazaki-cho after an event at Ogimachi Park with Nemuchi The design looks like something you'd find in a bottle at an izakaya 😅. Normally I wouldn't pass it up, but I thought it looked unusual and bought it. It's been a year since it was made, but I don't feel it's aged too long. It is light, refreshing and easy to drink.

Type: junmai daiginjo, rice polishing rate: 50%, alc.: 16% Floral aroma, vanilla, marshmallow and a little bit of savoury aroma. Flavor feels dry with sharp acidity and bitterness of alcohol. Earthy flavor lingers for a while. Not too good not too bad. Decent price here in Europe.

On graduation day, we all drank together.

Gifu All-you-can-drink ① A business trip to Yamaguchi and then to Gifu the next day! Both of us have ongoing projects, so we go there regularly, but this pattern is rare! I made it into Gifu without too much delay, so we decided to go out for a drink. Work in Yamaguchi is still going on, but Gifu has come to an end. I may come here on a spot basis, but not at the rate of 2-4 times a month or so like before. So? Let's go 😁. Gifu all-you-can-drink local sake 🤣1 hour, 2000 yen! Isn't that cheap? I've had a lot of Gifu sake, but I haven't had it yet 😆. The first one is Kai Kai, stylish bottle 😘. I've been curious about this one, but haven't tried it yet! It's sweet and sour on the palate 😋. It goes smoothly, refreshing and soft. This is recommended to be served cold with snow, so on the rocks! It's low al and it's gone in a moment 🤣.

🐟 This is the first ayu we tasted at the ski lodge. It was refreshing and sweet, and was a nice palate cleanser when drunk in the middle of a meal. It's a shame that I could only drink one cup of it. The label is cute too 🐟

Hankyu Oasis in the basement of Hankyu Sannomiya Station has a full lineup of Japanese sake, including draft sake, 300ml and cup sake. Surprisingly, it is easy to drink. I had never seen this brand before, so I couldn't resist buying it. This is a sake brewery in Shunan City, Yamaguchi. There are about 1,400 sake breweries in Japan, so it's no wonder that there are breweries and brands that I don't know (there are more than 1,000 here). Even if I were to drink one brand every day for the rest of my life, it would take me almost 30 years (^_^;) It's simply impossible. This was an aside. The moment you put it in your mouth, the aroma is distinctive. I wonder what it is, is it the aroma of rice? In total, the aroma is fluffy, the taste is tangy, and the sweetness is warm. I think it's delicious.
