Buy at the warehouse 1411 yen / 720ml The brewery is located in Kuji City, Iwate Prefecture, familiar from the morning drama "Amachan". I was in a hurry and made the painful mistake of forgetting to take a picture of the brewery. Please forgive me with a monument of "Jeez, Jeez" instead. I thought it tasted fresh when I opened the bottle, but it was an aged type with a little bit of a habit. I drank it chilled the first day, so I tried it hot on the second day, and it transformed into a mellow taste and was easy to drink.

It has a soft mouthfeel, but the taste is rich and dark with a sweet umami flavor that is quite to my liking. I was curious about this sake when I saw it on Sake no Wa before. It was given to me as a present by chance. It has a spreading umami and a bitter finish. It was a delicious sake. The "Recommended for you" list has become full of Hokkaido sake 😀.

Drinking continues at Don Chaya 🕺. We emptied the weird "Haneya", followed by another round 🍶. We chose our first brand that we could see in the cellar✨ First "Kame no Ou Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate" 🎉. Not much in the way of aroma, but a clean sweetness on the palate, with a pleasantly sharp and sweet [Kame-no-o] lingering finish! I found out later that they revived Kame-no-o and used this episode as a model for Natsuko's Sake, so in a sense, they are the pioneer of Kame-no-o 😁.

The same mild aroma as the first sip, soft rice flavor and moderate sweetness spreads with a little acidity, and finishes quickly with a hint of bitterness and a little alcohol spiciness. Overall, it is refreshing and easy to drink. It is good for accompanying a meal, but it may be too smooth as a stand-alone sake. SAKEWA Kansai Chapter 2024 New Year's Party Report: 2️⃣ Next up was another unfiltered raw sake✨. Nishibori had never had one before so we decided to order it 💡. It has a strong rice sweetness, and this one is also sweet like Wasanbon, leaving a bit of a lingering taste on the tongue. Upon closer inspection, it was a Tochigi sake 👀. First up was a local sake from Echigo-Yuzawa, a gem bearing the name of the first head of the Shirataki Sake Brewery. The aroma is gorgeous, and in the mouth you can taste the acidity and umami, with a slight lingering alcohol taste. It leaves a slightly bitter or rough feeling in the back of the throat. The Shirotaki Shuzo is known for its Kouzen Nyosui, which has a fuller aroma and taste compared to the Kouzen Nyosui. The bottle was also unusual, with an innovative volume of 630 ml. This is the first brand I've seen and the taste is great. ‼️
