Procured on a business trip. The aroma is a very fresh and unpasteurized sake. The mouthfeel is fruity and slightly sweet and light, with a classical drinking experience. The sharpness is thin and the sweetness lingers in the aftertaste. I like this lingering taste. ☆☆☆☆

Purchased at an antenna store in Iwate. Drank at room temperature, it was refreshing and had just the right amount of umami flavor, making it a great match for a mid-meal drink.

Taste of the Ancient Times Aroma reminiscent of old wood and steamed rice. The sharp mouthfeel is followed by a tangy, pungent taste. The taste is full of alcohol with a hint of umami, and finishes with a lingering pungent and astringent aftertaste. It gives the impression of good old tradition. It tastes like an old house. We would like to support this brewery as it is the nearest brewery to Okayama. ★★★★

Bizen tasted Ichinomiya sake. The labeling was a bit dubious, with no indication of rice polishing ratio or alcohol content, and "Junmai Daiginjo" pasted on the label after the fact... The taste was fresh and light. The taste was fresh, light, and refreshing.

7 points (Wife 7.5) Rice : Ehime Shizuku Ehime Rice polishing ratio : 60 Sake Degree : ±0 Purchased from: Mizuguchi Shuzo, Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture Silent when opened, no gassiness Pineapple-like aroma with a hint of rice flavor. The same mild aroma as the first sip, soft rice flavor and moderate sweetness spreads with a little acidity, and finishes quickly with a hint of bitterness and a little alcohol spiciness. Overall, it is refreshing and easy to drink. It is good for accompanying a meal, but it may be too smooth as a stand-alone sake. The taste may have changed since the one I bought from a brewery in Ehime this time last year came out of the fridge. It went well with spicy grilled minos and Umaibo shrimp mayonnaise flavor.

20230902 The last one is Junmai Ginjo (*^^*). This series is just delicious! It has a rich flavor that conveys the goodness of the water as well 🍶. Thank you very much for your kindness.

There was one that caught my eye, so I had a glass. It was a good, refreshing sake, which I didn't think was a honjozo. Delicious.

Ibigawa! We received this from kino.✨ Thank you kino. for everything 🙇♂️ First of all, cold sake! Sweet and delicious! Alcoholic taste like Honjozo! Then hot sake The alcoholic taste is mellowed. And the sweetness and umami are amplified. It's so good! ❣️ With yellowtail sashimi from Harunobu in Niigata! It went really well together 😋.

On the first day, the taste was modern and classic, with a honey-like sweetness that asserted itself. The next day, the flavors are balanced and mixed together to create a delicious taste. For home drinking.

Our annual sake party 😁 today with three of us 🌸. My friend brought me this sake from Naito Brewery in Sobue, Aichi👍. It's very light and easy to drink. It has a dry throat, but not too much acidity, and you can taste the flavor😋. It's a great sake to drink with two great drinkers and it's easy to drink like water😝.

Japanese sake party with a wild rice cake! A toast to the local sake brought by my friend👍. The aroma is subdued, but when you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads at once 😋 It's not rich, but the taste is strong. It is a dangerous sake that can be drunk easily😝. I had it with some sashimi and it was delicious. I'm sure you'll agree that sashimi is a must for sake👍.

First Nagoya Night of the Year First sakayu at the hotel after a long time meeting for dinner The rice used was Yumesansui produced in Aichi Prefecture. An orthodox junmai sake with a strong sweetness. It is best to drink it chilled after a meal. It is not too heavy, but I felt it was a little heavy.

Store Drinking. HITOGOKICHIKI 100% The color is clear or slightly amber. The aroma is that of rice. When you sip it, you will taste the flavor of rice. It has a dry ALC feel. There is no fruity sweetness, and the taste is stoic. The rice sweetness remains until the end, with a rounded aftertaste. It has the impression of a Junmai Doshin🎯 royal road.

😁 Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice used: 100% Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 59 Alcohol content: 15 I drank the sake I missed yesterday today. I went to Ueda, so I bought a bottle of Wada Ryutonomizu. It was a delicious hiyaoroshi with a good taste of rice. None of the people I drank with today knew about it. I thought it was pretty famous in my opinion, but... Is that so?

Sake comparison at home! We chose 3 kinds of sake from "Fukumitsuya", a long-established sake brewery in Kanazawa. Fukumasa Munune Junmai Dry, Nama Zume. This was the first sake made with black malted rice. I felt a bit salty, but I wondered if this was the richness found in sake made with "black koji"? Wind, Water, Man, Junmai 9 It is a junmai sake with an alcohol content of 9 degrees Celsius and a refreshing taste. I would like to drink it with pasta or Italian food! Fukumaso Sake: Hyoketsu Nama-Shu Dry With a sake alcohol content of +10%, it has a very strong sake taste! I would like to drink it with a salty meal and sip it while neutralizing the taste. It was interesting to compare the different types of sake and to see the difference between them. ☺️

It's been quite a while since I've had a Niaokaya 😋. The aroma is gorgeous 🤔In the mouth, it has a freshness that is typical of unadulterated sake😊The umami of rice🌾 spreads quickly 😚The aftertaste has a slight alkali feeling, but the sharpness is good👍 I thought it was a sake that could be served with food or on its own 🥳✨.

(Translated by 🍶🍶🍶🍶 Koshi finished early yesterday and I got a cup of Gen 😋. The aroma after opening the bottle is The Sake 💪🏾 When you drink it, you can really taste the rice🌾 and it is a crisp dry sake with a good balance of acidity and umami 😊. It is a strong style of Japanese-Sake 😚👍Cup sake is very useful to make up for the lack of alcohol content🥳☝️

Dry Wakatsuru Gen Junmai-shu Shiboritate 300ml Rice polishing ratio: 67 Alcohol content: 16%. Purchased at the Toyama Airport store ^ ^. Gen's Shiboritate is only available at this time of the year and you don't see it very often. I had it in the waiting room with onigiri (rice ball) since I was going out for a short trip today and did not drive.

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆ Shirohaku, a limited edition sake from Akita Prefecture by Yamamoto-san, known for his pure black sake. I've never had this one before 😅. It's already cold and chilly with the cold wave ❄️ On a week like this, I want to enjoy heated sake 🥰. So I picked it up for the first time! This sake is only available in one bottle, and used to be an alcoholic honjozo sake! Later, when Yamamoto went Junmai-only, it was changed to Josen Junmai 😆. Kamisen = first class sake That's a nostalgic expression 🎶. It must have been a common sake in the Noshiro area! The aroma is slightly fruity ❣️ In the mouth, there is a sweetness, but then a gentle acidity, and then a bitter taste that finishes it off 😆👍. Not too heavy, not too light, easy to drink ✌😚. When heated up, the flavor increases even more and it's irresistible💕. It's a sake that warms up 🎶. A bottle costs about 2,000 yen 💴. It's a great cosy heated sake 🍶😋🍶.
